Dr. Gagnon and his entire team have been absolutely amazing to work with. From the front desk staff to the hygienist, everyone has gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable and safe. In the past, I’ve had many difficult experiences with other dentists that usually left me in tears, but this office is completely different. Even though I still have some anxiety, Dr. Gagnon truly listens and is so understanding and non-judgmental. I have never left his office feeling upset, and I actually look forward to continuing my care with this team. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you’ve had a hard time with dental visits in the past.

Office is friendly and welcoming. I was able to get a quick new patient appointment along with prompt follow up care appointments. Hygienist Lindsay has an absolutely great attitude and did a great job. 10/10 recommend.

I had a fantastic experience at Mount Auburn Dental. The office is clean and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The hygienist was gentle and made the visit comfortable, and Dr. Tyler was excellent—he listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and did exactly what I asked. The whole team is professional, caring, and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend Mount Auburn Dental!❤️

After the initial x ray session Dr Gagnon throughly explained the situation to me and offered several options for me to choose from. The whole staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
If you’re looking for a Dentist I highly recommend Mt. Auburn Dental.

Best dental experience I've ever had. Not only a wonderfully friendly office and staff, but the treatment has been fantastic so far. And this from someone with dentistry anxiety.
