Dr. Gainford and his team are truly incredible! My husband had to get emergency teeth extractions and Dr. Gainford and his supportive team made the entire process as easy as it possibly could be. We were treated with professionalism, genuine care, and support throughout the entire process. Dr. Gainford is an exceptionally skilled doctor and we were so grateful for everything he did to treat my husband. He also has a fantastic bedside manner which made us feel comfortable and listened to. Shoutout to Kiki for the above and beyond kindness and care we received during an appointment. Thank you, Dr. Gainford and staff! You are deeply appreciated!

I just had a very positive experience at Mountain Valley. I went there for an xray and pre-extraction exam three days ago, and Dr. Gainford offered to do the extraction right then as well. I agreed and was out of there less than half an hour later. Everyone was pleasant and I was comfortable there. The extraction was painless and I've had no problems since, needed only a few ibuprofen and no prescription meds (though he gave me a prescription in case I did need it). It was a good excuse to eat ice cream and take it easy on a smoky day :-). They asked for no money up front. This morning I got the EOB from my insurance company and am pleased by what they charged - it is substantially less than another office I contacted first. I definitely recommend Mountain Valley!

Could not have been more impressed with the doctor. My daughter, 15, was having an issue on her inner lip due to braces. Long story short, she needed surgery and we found this clinic online. They were able to accommodate an initial appointment that week. Most other clinics were booked weeks out. This was not because they aren’t busy, but they made room for her because my kiddo was in a lot of pain. Surgery went perfect, and the clinic was very clear on expectations, pain, management, etc. The provider took time to explain exactly what was entailed with the surgery too. The thing that really separated this provider from others; the doctor called my phone the evening of the surgery to check on my daughter, on his cell phone. I work in healthcare, that attention to detail, personalization, and concern is certainly the exception to the rule these days. A couple of days after the surgery, my daughter ended up, biting her lip, and I texted the doctor as he had given his personal cell phone. On the weekend, this man replied and eliminated any concerns we might have had.. Honestly, I’d give six stars if it was possible.

i got my wisdom teeth removed on june 22nd, the procedure and consultation went wonderfully. dr gainford was an absolute pleasure to interact with and he reassured me about all of my concerns before my surgery. the front desk staff were unbelievably friendly and helped explain the insurance side of things in advance to prevent any issues. on my surgery day i believe i had newer technicians working on me, they were incredibly friendly and professional. i was nervous to be sedated as it was my first time, but dr gainford and the rest of the team explained everything to me and kept the environment very calm and peaceful. obviously i dont remember much following the surgery but i was given multiple pamphlets with information about what to do and what to look out for. i had a couple hiccups in my recovery (no fault of anyone there) and called dr gainford on a friday night. he answered immediately and helped me through my pain and gave me advice for the next steps. i decided to go in to have my sockets looked at and again dr gainford was spectacular! he reassured me that i was healing well and gave me a numbing treatment to ease my pain. overall, my experience with mountain valley was incredible and they made a very scary process feel much more manageable. thank you to the team, you all are amazing!!

Dr. Gainford was very kind and personable. He got us scheduled very quickly, gave us great advice, and the procedure went flawlessly. He called to check on my daughter the night of the surgery, which is a much appreciated personal touch. Overall, it was a very smooth and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this office.
