The Staff , Hygienist and Dentists are welcoming and professional with a kindness in their heart. I called, because my son was seen there. He felt comfortable and well taken care of. I switched from Peak family Dental.(Y? they over charge and want to do more work then necessary) This Dentist Office will give you Honesty and will not overcharge for dental work. I fell CONFIDENT and will Continue my dental care with this office. Highly Recommend!!!

We gave Dr. Garn and his team a fair chance after he purchased this practice from the Hallberg family, but we were ultimately disappointed. Dr. Garn comes across as consistently rushed. After taking over the practice, he never introduced himself to existing patients — a small gesture that goes a long way in a small town. He's generally hard to approach, and when I had a crown done, he didn't walk me through the procedure or make time for questions, leaving me anxious and in the dark. The front desk staff are kind and accommodating, but unfortunately they're not the ones working on your teeth. The hygienist situation added to our frustration. The staff felt inexperienced and inconsistent — one visit we'd be told everything looked great, and the next, a different hygienist would tell us our teeth were in imminent danger of falling out. That kind of fear-mongering, with no consistency between visits, eroded our trust completely. The one bright spot was Angelica, who was calm, competent, and always took the time to explain what she was doing. We appreciated her. After some time, my family switched to another practice in town and have finally felt like we're having a normal dental experience.

Long time Hallberg patient so extremely disappointed to hear that the ownership was changing. Fortunately the group that took over has continued the excellent service and in the same tradition. Couldn’t be more happy with the care I’m receiving. Highly recommended.

I had an abscess and made an appointment with this dental office. I had the extreme pleasure of having Karen answer the phone and help me schedule the appointment. She is warm-hearted and caring and a great first person contact! When I got there I felt very comfortable because the atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant. Then I was greeted by AyRron, the person who would assist the doctor during my extraction. She is a sensational person too! She made me feel like I was a friend already. Dr Garn is phenomenal at what he does! He made me feel at ease and explained to me exactly how the procedure would go. I didn't feel uncomfortable and I didn't feel any pain during the extraction. I would give a hundred stars to these three people that I encountered at this dental office because this kind of service should go down in history!

Bit a fingernail and chipped my front tooth! Mountain West fixed it up, but a few days later it broke again. They scheduled me in super fast—and unbelievably, just an hour before my appointment, I slipped while lifting some plywood and smacked my face right into the edge, breaking my other front tooth! 😬 Thankfully, Mountain West Family Dental did a wonderful job repairing both teeth that very same day. So thankful for their amazing care!
