I put off getting two teeth extracted longer than I should have. My dentist told me he couldn’t make me a night guard until I had them removed. I know several people who have seen Dr. Naples, and they all told me how awesome he was and how safe they felt in his care. His reputation and reviews are excellent and my first impression of this super clean, comfortable and state-of-the-art office was that I was going to be well taken care of. Every staff member was completely focused on my well being. At the consultation, I was educated in every aspect of the procedure. I was given a transparent cost estimate and Dr. Naples and his staff told me what to do and what to expect before and after the surgery. Dr. Naples & his team serves with great care throughout the entire process from referral to appointment where they provided us good advice towards procedure options, financial options, pre-op instructions & medications so you're prepared for surgery, all the way to post-op care with thoughtful instructions for food by day, easy tracking medication by time & day, site cleaning tools & compress, checkup phone calls, and the entire team is caring & pleasant to deal with. He has taken care of both my teenager's wisdom teeth extractions that went smoothly. My son's nonverbal with Autism and since Dr. Naples & his team took such great care, he remembers Naples Oral Surgery and was top of mind to help with his tooth extraction a week ago for a permanent tooth. We appreciate the accommodations he makes for his special needs. Definitely recommend for exceptional care.

This was not an easy journey for me. I thought I was mentally prepared, I was not. Don’t be discouraged! The end result from this dedicated team of professionals will work with you! This is not a fly by night operation, this is top shelf here. The staff is like family and this is NOT a once and done situation. These are the teeth that you’ll use the rest of your life. They take notes and pictures; they analyze both and they will “listen” to you. Pack your patients! It’s a journey; but a journey worth taking. I’m impressed with all their dedication to me, I feel very special to all of the team. Thank you all ❤️

I highly recommend anyone in the Austin area with dental issues to look into going here. The staff was amazingly accommodating. Nayeli and Erica were absolutely wonderful the entire visit. Dr.Naples and his team fit me in, in the event of an emergency and made the whole problem non-existent. I am deeply appreciative of them and will be going back for implants. This is the only oral surgeon and team I can say I will put my 100% trust in. Thank you all so much!!!!

Dr. Naples and staff have been incredible in their services of attention to detail. I first visited Dr. Naples office for an emergency procedure that proved to be quite involved. My care was excellent as well as the follow up care. I ultimately required upper and lower All On X implants during extensive sedation surgery. My sedation, my comfort, and my oral health were paramount during my surgery. Dr. Naples is not just an excellent oral surgeon, but a restorative dentist with multiple skills. His well-trained staff ensured visits ran smoothly, leading to my great outcome. After several months of implant osseointegration, I now have the final zirconia restoration, which provides wonderful esthetics and function. I would never hesitate to recommend Dr. Naples or his staff for their excellence and attention to detail. Deborah Murray
