I have been a patient at New Horizon Dental for almost two years and went through the entire process to get the complete set of snap-in dentures on implants. The level of care I have received during and after has been fantastic! Everyone from the people who work the front desk, the dentists and hygienist, and the office manager genuinely care about providing a great patient experience. Dr. Keber and Nancy have gone above and beyond to ensure that today I have something to definitely smile about! This is a terrific place and well worth getting a consultation to see what they can do for you.

Thursday I called cause tooth from flipper fell off this last time. Was told u can come in tommarow u have to be here by 4:30pm cause its when we close. Then calls me at 4pm telling my that the dentist said I have to wait until Tuesday when the original dentist i said so were waiting 5 days and then when I come in the tissue is over the implant. He cuts my gum and the infection spreads. BShe say iam just the scheduler I will talk to the doctor and u back. By this time i am really upset. Then today online I look to see whattime they open today and it says they are closed on Fridays anyway so it couldnt be done. This wasn't my fault but the receptionist fault for not realizing they aren't even open on Fridays. And owning up to her mistake its blamed on the doctor. I knew it was pretty unprofessional when I was called at the end of the day telling me I could come in on Tuesday not Friday. I wish I would have known the mistake was made by the receptionist not the doctor. Now I gotta get someone else to put it back on when it fell off cause the took it off to check it. Thanx alot Horizon thanks for causing grief for your mistake. The need to get another person answering the phones.

The true definition of family. This place was beyond professional friendly kind unwelcoming. Tears o compassion. I shared with hugs of gratitude and Thanksgiving for the work they did. The heart of the dentist family that I encountered was beautiful. It's wonderful to see people who are enthusiastic and love their job. They go above and beyond the bedside manners. Oh, the doctors are great. I can't give this office enough praise for the work they have done and will do for me. I love each and everyone of you that took time out to say hello, encourage and uplift my spirits during this experience!

These guys do not take people that have had any previous heart conditions. Even if your cardiologist says you are perfectly fine. New horizon will not help you. This mostly because all the doctors they are training are not in State doctors. They come from other states so insurance doesn’t cover them. At least that’s what I was told by an employee.

I came to New Horizon Dental for a second opinion following a horrible experience with getting dentures elsewhere. From day one, Dr. Keber was amazing. She explained everything with so much knowledge and in a way where I could understand. She is so incredibly patient and compassionate. The whole journey to getting a new smile with Dr. Keber was pleasant and I'm truly grateful for her time.
