Awesome experience. My hygienist was so thoughtful and explained every step of the process. She was gentle, courteous, relatable, and great at making sure I knew everything that was happening. I’m usually not anxious at the dentist, but if you are this is a wonderful place to go. I believe her name is Tania, but if any of the owners see this: she is a blessing and deserves an all expenses paid vacation for how amazing she was!
It is more of an open office concept, but still felt private. I also appreciate that one of the owners/main dentists talked with me through a potential cosmetic change. She was honest and thorough about how the procedure might not be worth it for how often it would need to be completed. It is great to know their bottom line is the patient experience, not making money.
10/10 would recommend

Check in was very fast, I was in the exam room in 5 minutes. The hygienist did an amazing job and was very thorough. Dr Albers is always the best!

Dr. Merritt is the BEST!! He always tells you straight up as to what is going on and the best way to solve an issue. I travel from Omaha just to go to his office. Highly recommend!! It would be difficult to find a dentist that knows a lot about different issues and is pleasant to talk to.

Dr Merritt and Mel are always very prompt, efficient and personable. I needed routine X-rays this time, the new little ‘hand held’ device was manageable but quite uncomfortable because of the ‘bumps’ in my mouth. I will see if there might be any other options next time.

Everything was great except for the one dental tech with brown hair and she’s older she told me I couldn’t have nitros/laughing gas because the room was taken and dirty but as soon as I started crying and tell the actual doctor it was perfectly fine and she also left everything in the back of my throat so I couldn’t breathe don’t know if it was in purpose or not but I told them about it and she just did it again over and over
ETA the office called me as soon as I posted it to see what they can do to correct the situation. That is what A+ service looks like. Thank you for doing your best to make sure our needs are met.
