I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience because it has become an ongoing issue.
First, I want to say that the doctor is excellent. He is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and consistently provides outstanding care. I have absolutely no complaints about him or the quality of his medical treatment.
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the scheduling experience. Jennifer, the scheduler, has made what should be a simple process incredibly frustrating. She almost never answers the phone, and when she says she will return a call, she doesn't. I called last month and, as of today, I still have not received a callback.
Instead of speaking with patients directly, she relies on text messages, even when a phone conversation is necessary. I had important information that would have helped with my care and scheduling, but she refused to speak with me. This lack of communication has been disappointing and unprofessional.
At this point, I am seriously considering finding another doctor—not because of the physician, but because of the scheduler's repeated failure to communicate and perform her responsibilities. It's unfortunate that such excellent medical care is overshadowed by poor administrative service. I sincerely hope the office addresses this issue because patients deserve timely, respectful, and professional communication.
I wish there was a way for me to speak to a different scheduler..

Wisdom teeth removal for my daughter was an exceptional experience with Dr. Miller and his staff. Scheduling was easy and the day of the procedure was extremely efficient. We were in and out in less than an hour. Front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Nursing and clinical assistant staff were amazing at taking care to be sure my daughter was at ease and comfortable before during and after her procedure. Dr. Miller has an excellent bedside manner. My daughter and I were very comfortable with the entire experience.

I had a cracked tooth extracted by Dr Guffey. The procedure went smoothly, and 24 hours later, do not feel any pain at all.
The staff, nurses and doctor were kind and caring. They continuously checked to make sure I was comfortable and made sure I understood the procedure and after care.
I’ve had several teeth that had to be removed. This is, by far, the best I’ve experienced.

Dr. Guffey & his staff were very professional, friendly, attentive & accommodating. I highly recommend this office. I had one bottom wisdom tooth extracted. They were able to schedule me with an appt for consultation the day after I had called them. My procedure was scheduled 6 days after my consultation. I was very pleased with my experience.

Dr. Guffey and staff are professional and very nice. I had to have 3 extractions with bone grafts and everything went smooth from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone for oral surgery. I’ve had two procedures done with him and both went great.
