My daughter had a dental emergency from an accident at school. Everyone was so kind and they were able to get her taken care of quickly. Such a wonderful office.

Always a very clean and professional experience, yet all the workers are warm and sincere. Front desk workers are courteous and efficient with virtually no waiting, Mallory is a great hygienist, both dentists—Dr. Usry and Dr. Bates are excellent—knowledgeable, great touch. You can count on a high level experience every time.

A dentist visit isn’t top of my fun things to do, but Dr Usry and Ms Meyers made it a pleasant experience. Competent, personable and genuinely interested in me as a person, not just a client or patient. I highly recommend them.

My children have seen both dentists at this location and I'm happy with all of the experiences. I have trauma from my childhood dental experiences, and I have had all of my concerns addressed in a kind and professional way. Best experience and amazing staff!

We went for a cleaning, here’s what happened: 1) overbilled us as a fact for services but asked by us or the doctor 2) acting as if they are doing us a favor by taking off the overbilled amount 3) then not sending the correct info to insurance (for the lesser procedure) and telling us that they are doing us a courtesy just for doing the legally required adjustment 4) then declaring to us that we always have always had a billing issue whenever we come Doctors and technicians are good and not to blame but the admin folks need to have less of an attitude. Fyi we have always paid upfront.
