Fantastic experience!! The kind staff gave excellent care to me. Dr. Alvarado was so compassionate towards me and the severe pain I was in. There schedule was packed but he worked me in and provided the support and pain relief I needed. This gentleman knows what he’s doing and makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend this office for oral surgical needs!!

We have used NVOMS several times and the experience is always 5Stars. Everyone on Dr Alvarado’s staff are friendly, knowledgeable, patient, extremely helpful and put you at ease. Dr Alvarado is simply the BEST and every experience has been easy! I would recommend this team to anyone!

First, the staff is AMAZING!! They answered any questions and concerns I had. They were so friendly and patient. I got my bottom two wisdom teeth extracted today, and I feel good. They explained everything thoroughly during consultation, pre-op, and post-op! I was soooo nervous, but they made me feel at ease! I’d choose them 100 times again! Thank you Dr. Alvarado and team! ❤️

Dr.Alvarado is not going to do shortcuts.His work has lasted and he is very meticulous. Takes longer for quality work. Dont be fooled by quick promises from those other places. He is local we are lucky to have him. He also has a top notch staff that will take care of you. I'm glad I chose Dr. ALVARADO

I went in on a Tuesday afternoon fory bottom left extraction and they made me feel very welcoming. This was actually my first time getting a wisdom tooth extracted and I left with no pain and no swelling its been a week and i still feel amazing! I didn’t swell at all and the pain was a 0/10! I really recommend getting your teeth checked here they are awesome!
