This place is absolutely amazing. Very professional from beginning to end. The staff is very kind and respectful. I never have to wait but just a few minutes in the waiting room. The clinicians have been great. They tell you exactly what they’re doing before they do it and have always been very considerate of my comfort. I get many reminders about upcoming appointments even all the way up to a couple hours before your appointment. It is very easy to make appointments. The clinician scheduled it while I was still sitting in the dental chair. I was just there today for a routine cleaning. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. Immediately after my appointment, I received messages already about my next appointment. I would highly recommend going here whether you’re a veteran like me, or not. Highly highly highly recommend.

Excellent first experience with this office. Great communication on every level even before the visit. Office staff were welcoming. Debbie
made me feel at ease right away. Dr. Reidy was knowledgeable and kind. She explained everything so thoroughly and patiently. She laid a foundation of caring and trust.

All of the staff gave professional, friendly service. I felt welcomed and recognized.
Both the nurse and doctor took time to talk with me, address concerns. I really liked the whole experience of today and will not hesitate to contact in the future.
It's very nice in today's world to receive quality, caring attention and medical service. It's evident to me they all genuinely care !

Had my first visit with Dr. Reidy and Hope at Northeast Periodontal Associates and it was a great experience. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming—they made me feel comfortable right away. They took the time to explain everything clearly, walk me through my options, and answer all my questions. I left feeling reassured and confident about what’s next. Definitely recommend!

I’ve had nothing but positive appointments and interactions at Northeast Periodontal Associates. In the past 3 years I’ve been through the process of getting a dental implant; extraction, bone graft, several followups, CT scans, laser pocket disinfection and the implant. I currently have 4 dental cleanings a year; 2 at my regular dentist and 2 at Northeast Periodontal.
Dr Reidy and any staff that I have interacted with from office staff to medical providers could not be more upbeat, professional, informative and supportive. Visits there for me are very low areas and reassuring. I have my periodontal maintenance appointment with the same provider each time and she is especially reassuring, informative and positive. I actually look forward to my appointments with her.
Without any question I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for a periodontal office make an appointment with Northeast Periodontal Associates.
