Dr.Naud was kind and professional, and did an excellent job with my husband’s dental procedures. The whole team from front desk to hygienist were thoughtful, kind, and communicative. We were able to get information and change appointments when needed easily. Highly recommended!

Went in for root scaling. Mouth felt good when went in but 2 weeks after I had teeth on both sides that were throbbing and painful both sides had an infection abscess. He told me that I didn't need the antibiotics the dentist gave me just needed to have problem fixed. I have severe COPD and any infection in my mouth could go into my lungs. He said he was the best perodontist within 300 miles. What do you think? Also it took 4 months to get the cleaning done and 2 months to get into my dentist. Also he said the best in the state not 300 miles.

I went here for years to correct gum disease. I was referred here by my dentist. The changes made were priceless. They helped me take pride in my dental care. Dr. Naud does not have the best bedside manner, but I’m not paying him to be my friend. He knows what he is doing and corrected my gum disease. My dental hygienist while there was Mandie. She did a great job keeping me comfortable and encouraging my dental hygiene at home. To date she is my favorite hygienist and I am going to miss her genuine care. My qualm is with Hayden at the front desk. They had no empathy or understanding for human error. I needed to reschedule an appointment, called a week ahead to try to reschedule and they were going to charge me $25 to do so. So I kept my appointment. Upon arrival to my appointment I discovered the office changed locations. Therefore I missed my appointment, and they wanted to charge me $50 to reschedule. Absolutely terrible customer service, especially when the world needs gentle humanity right now. I am disappointed to discontinue my dental care with Northland, but if they can’t tolerate an innocent human error, I don’t want to go there. I hope Dr. Naud and Mandie know how much they helped me. I hope the front desk starts to value their patients and treat them with understanding. I would have given 2 stars due to terrible customer service, but I can’t ignore the great care I received from the Dr and the dental hygienist.

This is a joke I do not recommend no x-ray machine took pictures with an Nikon camera of my mouth instead charged me $255 for a consultation told me I would get the money back from my insurance company they did not pay anything very poorly run business if you could even call it that go somewhere else

I had a bad experience. I wish I would have read the reviews before blindly accepting my dentist referral to them. I scheduled a consultation, quite a ways out..months out.. They informed me up front the consult itself was $250..ok, I agreed because I needed to get in. One week before the appointment I got a call from the office who cancelled my appointment because Dr Naude decided to do some speaking at some event. They offered a make up appointment a week later, but that day wouldn't work for me. I have work and family obligations. Thats why I was scheduled months out! Taking my business elsewhere. Always read the reviews!! They wasted months of my time...
