I have been beyond impressed with my entire experience! The front office receptionist, Samantha, was very easy to work with and very informative when I called to schedule a new patient appointment. My RDH, Sarah, was personable, kind and professional. My dentist, Dr. Sorrick, was thorough, thoughtful, funny, personable and professional. 10 out of 10 experience. Office was easy to find, website was easy to navigate, appointment was easy to make, communication was perfect and the office was very clean.

Northstate Dental is state of the art when it comes to dental needs. The staff is very welcoming from the time you enter the door. Dental hygienists are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Sorrick and Dr. Zain explain/perform dental procedures with care and detail. They even offer a Dental Savings Plan for anyone who doesn鈥檛 have dental insurance. I recommend Northstate Dental for any dental care needed.

How can you rate a dentist office? I would say that it is quite easy when no other dentists and staff can even come close to the professionalism, kindness, and state of the art equipment that North state dental provide. Having been a client of Dr. Sorrick since 2008 I have always received the best of care, a most gentle and compassionate experience. Dr. Sorrick and his staff always make a dental appointment comfortable and painless 馃尭.....Honestly, I never thought that I would say this about a dentist!馃尯

It was almost an out of body experience to have my first visit as a new patient. State of the art equipment, nice office space, even easy parking, and the friendliest staff ever. My old dentist appears to be totally out-dated ... which was the reason why I was looking for a new dentist. I don't have insurance and the member plan they offer seems a lot of money at first glance but in the long run it saves you loads of money. I am so glad I got referred to this office by my endodontist after a root canal.

Had decay under a crown. Have had a few bad experiences with dentists but today was great. Dr Sorrick and all his staff are wonderful to deal with. Fixing the cavity and replacing the crown was a surprisingly easy painless process. Highly recommend them.
