My son’s dental hygienist, Alex, was absolutely amazing! She took extra time and showed so much patience helping him get his X-rays, especially since he was struggling with gagging. That level of care really stood out. Dr. Kifer and his entire team are fantastic—kind, professional, and great with kids. We truly appreciate the experience and highly recommend this office!

Northwest Arkansas Family Dental is the best place to get any dental work done. Alex is the absolute best and a gem. She always takes good care of me, educates me, and helps me understand my dental health. Additionally, the front desk staff like Erin and Hansen are always super friendly.

Highly recommend. ALL the staff are super friendly and in a good mood. I always get a warm welcome. It brightens my day when I walk in. Professional, knowledgeable, attentive, helpful and my teeth look amazing. They were accommodating and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. They even offered me a blanket! 10 out of 10!

Everyone at NW AR Family Dentist is friendly, professional, and kind. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Johnson and Casey, the dental hygienist. Both were great and took time to explain everything. The exam was thorough. I felt fortunate I chose them based on their excellent Google reviews; these reviews do not lie!

12 years later and I’m finally leaving a review! Dr. Kifer has an amazing team of professionals who have helped me keep my oral health in tip top shape! The hygienist I most often see is Ashley and she has helped me improve my gum tissue and sensitivity so much over the years. When I have seen others I’m never disappointed and walk away feeling cared for and with a fresh mouth of sparkly pearly whites! My son has been coming here since 2021 when we started working with the team on some Myofunctional Therapy. The dentist office for some can be a scary place…but I assure you Northwest Arkansas Family Dental is so welcoming and caring you will right at home from the minute Hansen greets you at the door!
