Had two impacted wisdom teeth extracted here, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely safe and comfortable throughout the entire process.
At my initial appointment, I was given an informational booklet with clear instructions on what to do before and after the procedure, which was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions.
After my surgery, they even called to check in on my recovery, which I really appreciated. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their patients made the entire experience much less stressful. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery.

Dr. Welch did a coronectomy on my two lower wisdom teeth, the surgery itself went quick and easy. The office gives super clear instructions for pre and post op, keeping everything stress free. I had some super sharp pain a few days after, but once I called they got me in, same day, for a check up to make sure everything was healing correctly, and they applied a gel that relived the pain almost immediately. They called a couple times to check in, and seem very dedicated to making sure all of their clients have the smoothest experience possible. Everyone in the office was extremely kind and professional, I felt very well taken care of.
Dr. Welch is an easy guy to trust, and regardless of having a difficult week of healing, Northwest Oral and Implant Surgery really did everything they could do to make sure I was taken care of. Hopefully I won’t need any more oral surgery in the future, but if I do, I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

* Preextraction meeting provided clear verbal and printed instructions for upcoming procedure.
Had tooth extraction at 1200 PM. Extraction went well. Dr. Welch's team was efficient, concerned about my comfort and procedure went smoothly. *During the day scant bleeding with none by 5:00 PM. Have taken only two Acetominophen 500 mg capsules since procedure. Using regular ice packs per schedule helped with swelling. This survey is completed 8 hours post extraction.
*Dr. Welch called at 5:30 PM. was helpful with my questions. Hopeful that the next few days go as well.

Dr Welch and his team are great - highly competent, bright, caring people. They actually made getting an implant into a really good experience. They have kept in touch thru the whole process to be sure I have all the info I need before each step and the to check how I am doing and whether I have questions after each step of the process. They listen carefully to my questions and give me clear explanations. I am thoroughly impressed.

Besides their remarkable efficiency, everyone on staff at Northwest Oral and Implant Surgery was very pleasant, responsive and courteous. Dr. Welch did an outstanding job. His experience and relaxed confidence was very reassuring and comforting. Two side-by-side impacted molars were extracted almost painlessly. I had only a couple hours of minimal post-op bleeding and zero post-op infection. My deepest thanks to everyone who assisted with the procedure. I highly recommend NWO&IS to anyone in need of care.
