I can’t recommend Northwest Dental Designs enough! I recently moved to Washington, so finding a new dentist was something I was a little nervous about, but this office completely exceeded my expectations.
From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, modern, and beautifully decorated the office was. It has such a welcoming, aesthetic atmosphere that immediately made me feel comfortable.
Dr. Koontz and his assistant, Allison, were absolutely amazing. They were kind, professional, and genuinely took the time to make me feel at ease throughout my appointment. They answered every single one of my questions (and I had a lot!), never making me feel rushed. They gave my appointment such a personal touch and truly made me feel like family.
They’re helping me navigate a complicated dental situation, and I really appreciate how thorough they have been in gathering information and making sure I understand everything. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide the best care possible.
This was my first visit, and I already know I’ve found my new dental office. If you’re looking for a dentist who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cares about their patients, I 100% recommend Northwest Dental Designs. It was a 10/10 experience!

Highly recommend Northwest Smile Design! I switched from my previous dental office and have been so impressed. Everyone there is genuinely kind and friendly, which makes a big difference. Scheduling is super convenient (I love being able to text!), and their technology feels very modern and efficient. You can really tell they care about their patients and take pride in what they do. The whole team has such a welcoming, family-like vibe. Many of our family and friends come here and everyone agrees, they are the best!

Staff is very understanding and friendly. Warm atmosphere and a calming when walking into your appointment. Dentist, hygienist, and staff explain everything and make sure you don't have any questions before leaving. Highly recommended!

I'm not much for reviews and such but my experience today was great. I was going to make an appointment for my next visit in mid-October to see what options might be available to me and I was given that appointment at once and preliminary exams done so doctor could put a plan together with options. And the staff I had dealings with were all great.

I am not a person that leaves feedback to often but
North West Smile Design impressed me, from a great website to friendly, helpful staff and a Super dentist.
(Dr. Koontz) explained my options and listened carefully to my concerns and was not in a hurry, which was a very good feeling, as I am a new patient.
I am happy, I found this dentist office.
