Had all 4 wisdom teeth removed earlier this year at Nu Image Brier Creek. Autumn was very helpful and answered all the questions I had during the consultation and the day of my procedure. Dr. Kamoh was also very professional and it only took her 20 minutes to remove my wisdom teeth. I was under general anesthesia and don’t remember the procedure, which turned out to be a good thing! Dr. Kamoh also called to check-in in the afternoon. A syringe to clean sockets, a gel just in case of dry socket, and clear after-care instructions were provided. The office does a good job checking with your dental and medical insurance and providing an estimate of your total out of pocket costs. They did require payment for the consultation, but I was able to apply this toward my costs on the day of my procedure as my dental insurance had covered most of the consultation and X-ray fees.

I brought my daughter here for a wisdom‑tooth consultation after being told the fee would be $126. What actually happened was unbelievable. We were charged $293 for a consultation that lasted under five minutes. The doctor didn't even examine her mouth--no physical check, nothing. They took one panoramic X‑ray (not a CT scan) and billed $167 just for that. I asked the front desk to apply our Aetna dental discount plan, and the staff had no idea what I was talking about. They simply repeated that the full amount was required. I called multiple oral surgeons in Cary/Raleigh afterward, and every single one quoted around $130 for the entire consultation, including X‑rays. I think this place is Overpriced, and charge way too much and no transparency in pricing. I think their charging/billing practices should be reviewed. This office's pricing is far outside the local norm, and the lack of transparency is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend asking for a full cost breakdown before agreeing to anything here.

I was terrified of getting my wisdom teeth extracted and put off the procedure for years. Nu Image eased my mind and made the process easy, fast, and, dare I say, pleasant. From my initial consultation to the day of my surgery, everyone on Nu Image's team was understanding, considerate and thorough. During my consultation, they walked me through the surgical process, talked me through my concerns and prescribed me an anxiolytic for the surgery day so I would feel more comfortable. My extraction required sedation, and on the day of the procedure every single person on my surgical team prioritized my well-being. From offering me a warm blanket during procedure prep to sending me home with my preferred flavor of ice cream, they left no detail overlooked. My surgeon even called me the same afternoon to check in on how I was feeling. I was greatly impressed with Nu Image's service and can't recommend them highly enough!

My 14 yr old son had 2 wisdom teeth and gum removal done here. Front desk was amazing. Those ladies are warm and welcoming. Back staff was the same. They took such great care of my little guy. I highly recommend going here.

I was scared to get my wisdom teeth removed and Dr.Kamoh and her staff were very reassuring! Special Thanks to Dr.Kamoh ,Mary , Hannah , Autumn and I’m sorry but I didn’t get her name but the receptionist ( her nails are always beautiful !!) and everyone else 🩵. If I had to come back I would definitely come to this location. Thank you yall again ! 100/10! Tip for anyone the procedure is the easy part ! Recovery is long but doable
