I took my mom in for a free consultation for the next phase of her life that’s needed - full removal of her teeth and dentures. We’ve looked at tons of options and found the dental implants were the best fit. The staff was so great from the first initial cold call I placed to the office visit to going over options and so much more. The free CT scan that was done showed some additional information about concerns we didn’t know existed. We decided to proceed with those things first from her primary dentist so it can be covered under insurance and then come back in a few months for the implant procedure. The staff didn’t pressure us at all about trying to get everything done through them and we’re very open and transparent about what additional procedures would be needed with the information.

I am so impressed with the entire staff. I have asked so many questions by text messages I can't believe it was texting the doctor himself. He came out ti talk to me personally, and explained every process. No sales pressure at all! Prices are amazing.

I got my temporary set today. Is you want to get out to sleep or is an additional charge to the anesthesiologist so just keep that in mind. The pain wasn't as bad as I expected. I do have a couple things I need adjusted but I'm gonna have faith they will take care of this for me. One thing I did not like was the girl at the front desk telling me to be quite when I was moaning in pain after I woke up with over 20 teeth being pulled and 9 implants put in. She says there is other people in the office try to keep it down. It rubbed me the wrong way!! They need a sound proof room if that is a problem for them in my opinion. Doctors were great tho!!

The whole staff at the Richardson office is great. Receptionists greet you each and every time you walk in. The doctors and their leads/techs are awesome, each time they make sure they answer all your questions and make sure everything is taken care of before you leave. I recommend that everyone visit this office for services.

I've been a patient at NuTeeth about 4 months. I was very nervous in beginning, but my implants turn out great. The staff is nice and CoCo and Ricardo are amazing. My dentist Dr He is very patience and kind. I'm getting close to my finals, waiting patiently for my Zirconia Teeth. Thanks!
