I had a great experience at Nuvia Dental Implant Center. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. The office has a great atmosphere, and the staff really makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. I especially want to recognize Edith, Briana, Nina, and Trina. Each of them was amazing in their own way. They were friendly, patient, attentive, and always willing to answer questions and make sure everything was explained clearly. You can tell they genuinely care about the patients and take pride in what they do. The entire team works well together, communicates clearly, and makes what could normally be a stressful dental experience feel much easier. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism they showed throughout my experience. If you’re looking for a dental office with a great team that actually cares about their patients, I definitely recommend Nuvia Dental Implant Center. Edith, Briana, Nina, and Trina deserve a special shout-out for making the experience such a positive one!

Had my first consultation with Nuvia and overall it was a very positive experience. The office is in a great location, beautifully designed, and equipped with very modern imaging and scanning technology. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, which I appreciated. I spent time with Sandra, who was warm, personable, and took the time to understand both my situation and my expectations while the clinical team reviewed my scans to determine whether I was a candidate for the procedure. The consultation itself is clearly a structured process, but it was thorough and covered a lot of information. When it came time to discuss pricing, several options were presented to me and I was asked whether I wanted to move forward with a deposit. However, I had already decided beforehand that I would not make such a major financial and medical decision on the spot. This is a significant investment and life decision, so I believe it’s important to take time to research, reflect, and ask follow-up questions before committing. I had read beforehand that some people felt overwhelmed by the amount of calls, emails, and texts they received from Nuvia, and I can understand those comments. It initially made me a little cautious going into the consultation. That said, once I was actually there, my personal experience with the team was professional, organized, and positive. At this point, I have not moved further into the process yet, but if I do, I’ll update my review as things progress. For now, I can honestly say the consultation itself was informative, efficient, and overall a good experience.

Edith and Trina were great and amazing. The wait time was not as long as I expected and made the process easy. Getting the feedback from Anthony was informative and clear. Would recommend to everyone.

I was like I am sure many people initially unsure if the advertisement was real and could they actually delivery as stated in the ads. Well, I can say that for sure they are the real deal. From the first meeting I thought it was going to be a hard line sales pitch, But it was not. The professionalism and courtesy displayed on the phone, setting up appointment times, first office visit, the day of surgery, the post follow-up each and every time was top notch. A pleasant friendly atmosphere by office staff to the clinical staff were all as they represented, A true concern for individual comfort and making the process easy to understand. The cost is higher, but there are payment plans available, but the health benefit far out weights the cost. Each Nuvia rep from medical staff to office to support technicians were happy to discuss any issue, address questions and made sure you issues were addressed. I would happily and whole hardly enjoy recommend the NUVIA services. YES there are other groups that can provide similar services, But Nuvia has its act together. My personal complements to the entire staff at the Phoenix, AZ facility who performed in such a professional manner and when I asked curious questions were only too happy to show their knowledge, experience in performing life changing process to reality. My sincere compliments and appreciation to each an all in the Phoenix, AZ office.

A friend got his implants here. Was billed $52k. And they messed up the implants. They had to redo the surgery. Both times, they werent forthcoming with the time it’d take for the procedure. No consideration whatsoever to the people waiting for their loved ones. During his first procedure, we were told he would be done around 2pm. I called at from 230-5pm. No answer. They didnt call at all. I had to call the 800# (marketing line) and explain what was happening. At 530pm, they expected me to drop everything i was doing because they were about to close and needed me to pick up my friend. NOT APOLOGETIC, super inconsiderate. Yesterday, when they had to redo the surgery again, i was told to pick him up at 430p. I arrived at 4pm and was told it’d be another hour. I explained i have a job at 530 and was assured he would be done by 445pm. 5pm came. No updates, excuses and rudeness from the receptionists. For $52K..their service sucked! Rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Find a more reputable dentist. Probably a different location. Whoever is running this location should lose practice to know how to treat their clients.

Each patient's care is handled by a dedicated team that includes an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, a restorative dentist, and a certified registered nurse anesthetist. The process begins with a consultation and 3D scan to evaluate teeth, bone structure, and candidacy, followed by smile planning, the procedure day, and delivery of permanent teeth 24 hours later.
