My husband went here with a severe toothache. The tooth was extracted, and the dentist performed a bone graft for a future implant. No antibiotics were prescribed because the dentist claimed there was no significant infection. We later went to a specialist in Tacoma for an implant evaluation, only to discover the entire extraction site was severely infected. The Tacoma specialist had to perform a deep cleaning, and we were informed the probability of a successful implant is now very low due to how this was handled. Communication from the Sequim office has been terrible. I called twice and was promised a callback, which never happened. After sending a strong email, the dentist finally called, claimed everything was done properly, pointed out that there was actually another tooth that was infected and promised a follow-up email. That email never arrived. In the end, we deeply regret our decision to trust this office with his care. After thinking about this situation I realized that the dentist didn’t offer refund. Will actually follow up with insurance about this.

Dr. Livermont and Elaine are the best. I've been to see them a few times now and it's been the best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. It's so relaxing and they actually take the time to read your chart and they give you options for treatment as well as the prices so you're not trying to guess how much it's going to be or get a huge surprise bill in the mail. If you want a really good dentist I recommend Dr. Livermont at Olympic smile care.

Dr. Woodland is amazing. He understands my anxiety from the dentist in my past. He is gentle, caring and he is extremely careful and professional. His assistant Ava is a sweet young woman. They are a wonderful team.

I just had to get my first crown this past week. I have seen many dentists over the years, but Dr. Woodland has to be one of the best dentists I have ever seen. He is thorough, personable, gentle and explains everything as he goes. They even let me see my crown being made in their lab. Overall, great experience! Christina was very kind and caring as well.
