Wow the whole experience was amazing. From the moment I walked in the front receptionist was smiling and so very kind and helpful. The assistant called me back with a smile and kindness. Dr.Musser was so very helpful in explaining the very thing and answering my questions . And the day of my procedure his technician and Dr. Musser was so gentle and kind. My visits there was great. Thank you all.
I definitely will recommend this office .

Dr Musser and his staff were amazing to work with. I was nervous about this tooth because it was impacted at the roof of my mouth so I knew it wasn’t a normal extraction (canine tooth that never descended due to crowding). Dr musser was thorough in the consult and answered all my questions and concerns. He was calm and knowledgeable so I felt comfortable when it came time to remove the tooth. His staff was friendly and polite and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The removal went smoothly and the office called to check in on my status afterwards and if I needed any post surgery questions answered. If you’re nervous about dental like I was the Team at Oral and Facial Surgery group will take great care of you and make you feel at ease.

This was a very disappointing experience. The staff were rude and would talk about patients as if they couldn’t hear them. It made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
During a previous visit, I clearly told the lead dentist that I wanted to be put to sleep for my procedure and that I was willing to pay out of pocket if my insurance didn’t cover it. At my next appointment, I was told that I had never said that, which was frustrating and unprofessional.
After wasting my time and gas driving there, I left feeling like my concerns were ignored. Based on my experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this office.

I was a nervous wreck and every thing went very well. I was reassured all would be fine. I was made very comfortable and even had a hand to hold. Much better than expected.😊

I really like the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Dr. Musser is very knowledgeable. He explains what is needed and makes me feel well cared for through the extraction and healing process.
