From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere right away. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re relaxed, and I truly didn’t feel a thing during my procedure.
What stood out the most was their level of care and professionalism—everything is handled with precision and genuine concern for your comfort. Their aftercare is exceptional as well, with support available 24/7, which gave me so much peace of mind.
I’ve spent my whole life feeling anxious about going to the dentist or having any kind of oral procedure, but this experience completely changed that for me. Their customer service is truly top-notch in every way. I can’t recommend them enough.

Just got my molar extraction and dental implant done today. All went smoothly, and both procedures were completed in one hour by Dr. Haruki and his team! He is truly an excellent oral surgeon...calm, patient, caring, and informative on what he's doing during the extraction/implant. His staff is also very informative during the consultation, before the procedures, as well as after the procedures when explaining the post-surgery care. Dr. Haruki even called this evening to check in on how I was doing. He gave some other tips, should I experience any pain later this evening. The front office ladies are very friendly and greet you the minute you step in! Dr. Haruki and his team surely made me comfortable and took away any of the fear and anxiety I was having from the first consultation to the day of the surgery! :) Thank you, Dr. Haruki and Team! :)

Returning to Pacific Maxillofacial Center for my second extraction reaffirmed my belief in Dr. Oishi and his team. Their professional, reassuring approach began with scheduling and continued through every stage of the procedure. Dr. Oishi’s clear explanations and gentle technique made the extraction remarkably pain-free, instilling complete confidence. The comprehensive aftercare instructions, including his personal follow-up, truly sets them apart. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for maxillofacial care. My highest recommendation goes to Dr. Oishi and his exceptional staff.

Dr Haruki, Breanna, & the entire staff were amazing ! They went above & beyond to make sure that I was well informed, well cared for, & experienced no pain. The whole experience was Wow! Top notch professionals , who cared for me like I was part of the family. On top of that the whole process was fast, and seamless! Mahalo nui !

The members of this organization are very professional and have a great working relationship with each other. The atmosphere in the office was calm and relax, with no pressure. I would recommend this business to all my ohana.
