When I originally went in to get my permanent crown placed, they blew air onto my shaved-down tooth, and I instinctively grabbed the provider’s wrist. He wasn’t going to do that again. My gums started pounding, and my heart started racing. They had to dry the tooth in order to place the crown, but the crown ended up being too wide, so I had to get another temporary crown and come back a week later. Fast forward to my next appointment: I told them beforehand that my tooth was very sensitive and specifically told them I did not want air blown onto the tooth. The doctor said that sensitivity was normal and that they wouldn’t blow air onto it. The crown was taken on and off multiple times for adjustments, and getting the cement removed was also painful. I have never winced and twitched so much during a dental appointment. After all the squirming, the provider finally added some numbing gel to get the last of the cement removed. Later that night, I flossed and several large pieces of cement came out. I felt immediate relief. By the way, I have a higher pain tolerance than most people I know. I have even had an amateur cage fight before. I’m upset with myself that I toughed it out when I should have asked for anesthesia, and I’m even more upset that the professionals didn’t offer it after seeing me squirm in my seat so much. What a traumatic experience. They’re too busy, and the whole experience felt rushed. One of the three doctors had inappropriate hand placement during dental work and one of the front desk girls hates her job. They reschedule me few times too many also. Go somewhere else

My experience is only with Dr Kunkle who works on Fridays; however, I won’t be back. Dr. Kunkle hit on me multiple times throughout my appt from the time I was getting X-rays as well as through my exam. It was wildly inappropriate and made me deeply uncomfortable. Also it has been over a month, and I haven’t heard back regarding the two fillings I needed, crown replacement, and night guard I asked for. I will not be back.
