My wife and I were very happy to locate Dr Lopez after he left the practice where we first came in contact with him. Dr Lopez and his very able staff at Palm Pointe welcomed us to their practice with courtesy, punctuality, expertise and a professional friendliness that will keep us coming back.We couldn’t recommend them any higher…a first rate dental office… Thank You!

Dr. Lopez is awesome! He extracted 7 teeth and I never felt a thing. He makes sure you're feeling no pain though the entire procedure. Melissa is also a wonderful assistant. She makes you comfortable the entire time. My thanks to the entire team!

Needed a root canal b/c my current dental care provider does not provide that service. Found Palm Pointe Dentistry through an internet search. Turned out that Palm Pointe was marvelous! Professional, courteous and efficient. I am probably going to shift to Palm Pointe for primary dental care. Can’t say enough positive things about them!

The staff is friendly, patient, and know how to make you feel comfortable. I had a root canal done and two crowns. I experienced very little pain during the procedure. Dr. Lopez was amazing and saved me money by reviewing the data, X-rays, and visual inspection, and chose a less invasive procedure than what I was quoted for. He saved my teeth and over $1000 on my bill.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience at this dentist office. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The front desk greeted me with genuine smiles, and right away I noticed how friendly and down-to-earth everyone was. Dr. Schartner, Dr. Long, and all the staff are by far the best group I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. What really stood out was the way they took their time to explain everything. They went over my options in detail, answered all my questions, and never once seemed bothered or came off as condescending. That kind of care and rapport is rare these days, and it made me feel like I was in the best hands. During my treatment, their gentleness was incredible and their calm, reassuring manner helped me relax. On top of that, the pricing was explained clearly and felt very fair for the quality of service I received. It’s not often you find a place where professionalism and warmth come together so authentically, but this office has it all. I left feeling cared for, respected, and confident in the work they did. I’m very happy to have found this place and just want to say a big THANK YOU to the whole team!
