I had a wonderful experience at Palm Springs Family & Cosmetic Dentistry this morning! Martina Soto, RDH, did an incredible job cleaning my teeth. She was exceptionally thorough and made the entire appointment completely stress-free. My teeth feel amazing, and her bright, friendly attitude truly made my day. Highly recommend seeing Martina!

The office runs like a well-oiled machine. I've been to the dentist more than I otherwise would have liked in the past couple years and my schedule is unpredictable. The staff, somehow, remain accommodating, knowledgeable; cheery, efficient, and even (dare I say it) happy to be there. And the place is spotless to boot!

As the father of a patient, I feel compelled to share my experience with Palm Springs Modern Dentistry. I am nearly 75 years old, and in all my years dealing with medical and dental offices, I have rarely encountered a practice that felt as disorganized and difficult to work with as this one. One of the most troubling aspects of our experience was the repeated difficulty obtaining my daughter’s dental records. Accessing a patient’s own records should be a straightforward process, yet it became an ongoing source of frustration and stress. I was also disappointed by my interactions with Julie. I found her communication style to be rude, dismissive, and condescending. Rather than addressing concerns professionally, I often felt that legitimate questions were brushed aside. As a parent trying to advocate for my daughter, this was extremely upsetting. My daughter initially sought relatively simple dental treatment, but the bonding work performed by Dr. Lombard repeatedly failed. We later received significantly different opinions from other dental professionals regarding both the condition of her teeth and the treatment recommendations she had been given. This raised serious concerns for our family about the quality of care she received. Beyond the dental issues themselves, I watched this experience take a significant emotional toll on my daughter. The failed procedures, conflicting information, difficulty obtaining records, and ongoing stress surrounding her care appeared to worsen her anxiety and emotional well-being during an already difficult period of her life. Patients place tremendous trust in dental professionals. Unfortunately, our family’s experience left us feeling frustrated, unheard, and deeply disappointed. This review reflects my personal observations as a parent involved in my daughter’s care.

Amazing dental office with amazing staff! From the moment we walked in we felt valued and cared for. The office is beautiful, spotless and state of the art. Dr. LeBard is an incredible dentist and as gentle as you can find. Highly recommend!!

I just had my first appointment with Palm Springs Family & Cosmetic Dentistry and I couldn't be happier. From the very first phone call into their office, the communication leading up to the appointment, and the appointment itself - I was extremely impressed with the staff. The dentist I met with was Dr. Tom and he has a wonderful bedside manner. He explained things to me very clearly and didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of things I didn't need. The hygienist was amazing. One of the best I've ever had in fact. I knew I was overdue on my cleaning by a couple months and she didn't lecture me on poor hygiene - which I had found with previous hygienists. I just moved to Palm Springs and finding trusted health services can be extremely painful - and I'm thrilled I was connected with this team!
