From the moment I walked in, I felt that the staff was welcoming and comforting. Dr. John was professional and kind. I had come in to see if I had cracked a tooth. He showed me I did have a cracked tooth, and that there was an infection there. He gave me two options. I chose to have my tooth pulled. He and his assistant were very kind and gentle. My experience was great.

Dr Stepp and his staff are amazing!! We all know dental work can be scary and dreadful for some....myself included but they (Dr Stepp & staff) all make a simple cleaning visit to major dental procedures much more bearable and easier to endure. Thank you!!

I can’t say enough good things about Parker Family Dental and Dr. Stepp. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff makes you feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. I recently had a couple of crowns done, and Dr. Stepp took his time to make sure everything fit perfectly. He didn’t rush a thing and made sure the bite and adjustments were just right before I left. That kind of attention to detail really matters, and it shows how much pride he takes in his work. The hygienists are excellent as well. They do a very thorough job, explain what they’re doing, and always make sure you’re comfortable. You never feel rushed or overlooked. Overall, this office truly goes the extra mile. Great doctor, great hygienists, and an awesome front office staff. If you’re looking for a dental office that actually cares about you and your comfort, this is the place. Highly recommend.

By far the best Dental office I have ever been to. Everyone is so caring and thoughtful. They treat you like family. Great Dentist and Staff. Thank you Guy's for all you have done to my teeth so far. Yesterday I chipped my molar and of course they were able to get me right in right away and Mr. Stepp worked his magic once again. Love each and every one of You, Thank You Again
