Dr. Liao and her staff are amazing! I am thankful to have found them to take care of my mom's oral surgery needs. In April 2026 they accommodated Mom's wheelchair for x-rays and a tooth extraction. They kept my 94 year old mom comfortable and pain free throughout the process. This was my mom's second procedure with Dr. Liao over the last 3 years, both of which have been highly successful. Thank you, Dr. Liao and team!

I live in Alameda, California and was referred to Parkside’s Dental Surgery Center and I cannot tell you how absolutely fabulous everybody : Office staff, DOCTOR all just unbelievable. My dental surgeon was DOCTOR LAIO and she’s incredible. I mean, I can’t say enough about her. I had to have two teeth pulled top left top right they put me out totally and I guess when they were bringing me back to wake me up I said “when is the Dr going start” and her assistant Jackie said “you’re finished” and I. I was so worried about this procedure and I didn’t feel a thing I went home taking my medication is prescribed. Absolutely no pain, no swelling and just so happy that I want to Parkside dental on Santa Clara Blvd. in Alameda California. From the first appointment to the last, everyone from front office to surgery room treated us with kindness and respect. Information related to fees, treatment plan, recovery were clear and staff checked up on my daughter regularly. I highly recommend Parkside if you child has to get oral surgery. My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled at once, and they helped her get through it beautifully!

I had four wisdom teeth and a molar removed over two sessions, and the experience was far easier than I expected. I’m on blood‑thinning medication and was prepared for heavy bleeding, but Dr. Karwowska packed the sockets so well that the bleeding stopped quickly. I had no pain at all and didn’t need any pain medication. Excellent care and skill.

Dr. K was my oral surgeon and I would recommend this office for anyone who has bad dental anxiety like I do. I had to get all 4 wisdom teeth taken out and a bone graft and everyone was so informative and patient with me. They also have IV sedation which helped wonders with my anxiety. I am almost a week post surgery and have had almost no pain and manageable swelling. 10/10 would recommend this office!
