I had a great experience with Dr. Azhar and the entire office. The receptionist was very friendly and took care of me right away, which made check-in quick and easy. The assistant who took my X-rays was professional and efficient.
Dr. Azhar was incredibly kind and attentive. She took the time to explain my wisdom teeth removal procedure in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. Her bedside manner was excellent—she made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the visit, and she answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently.
Best of all, the entire visit took less than an hour. Highly recommend!

This office has been spectacular. Appointment scheduling was made with such an ease. Reminders and call back regarding insurance coverage and out of pocket cost prior to appointment was on point. Dr. Asher was very precise and detailed about the procedure and how wisdom teeth are curently impacting him. Leading into how necessary it was to follow through with procedure. Follow up done by the Dr and team was also a great helpp especially with questions that may have been forgotten. Thank you so much Dr. Deeba Azhar and team for taking good care of my son.

I absolutely love the doctor—she is very kind, compassionate, and clearly skilled at what she does. Unfortunately, my experience with the office itself has been very frustrating.
She is the only oral surgeon who has been willing to take on my case, but I cannot afford the cost of treatment. The office does not offer payment plans, and I was never informed that they stopped accepting my insurance—even though I had been seen there for over two years. Finding this out only after trying to schedule another appointment was upsetting and unexpected.
I made multiple attempts to get information about pricing and next steps. I was told someone would call me back after checking with billing, but I never received a return call. When I followed up myself, I still didn’t get clear answers, and communication felt dismissive.
This situation has been especially difficult because I am in ongoing pain and have already been turned away by other oral surgeons due to the complexity of my case. When I tried to explain my frustration, I felt that the receptionist responded with an attitude rather than understanding. I made it clear I wasn’t upset with her personally—I am just overwhelmed by the situation and the lack of options.
I’m giving three stars because the doctor herself is wonderful, but the communication, lack of transparency about insurance, and how I was treated during a very stressful moment were disappointing.

Dr. Deeba Sarah Azhar was amazing! My daughter was terrified about getting her wisdom teeth removed, but Dr. Azhar made her feel comfortable and at ease right away. The surgery was quick, and she even called that evening and the next day to check on her recovery. So sweet, caring, and professional. Highly recommend!
