Having seen Dr. Binon last year due to a broken tooth on my implanted denture, and having an excellent experience, I returned when another such event happened this year. As I called for an appointment, I was accommodated with an appointment time that met my urgent need. Staff and Dr. Binon are just as friendly and competently experienced as at prior visit.
I highly recommend them for any Dental Implant procedures.

I recently had an excellent experience with my dental assistant Abeer Jaber. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and attentive. They explained every step of the process clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her gentle approach and attention to detail made the visit stress-free, and she worked seamlessly with the dentist to ensure everything went smoothly. I truly appreciate her care and dedication, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a positive dental experience. Not to mention the entire staff that works here Is amazing and friendly as well.

Incomplete Diagnosis, Pressure to Prepay, Evasive When Confronted
I came to Dr. Binon with a complex case: an 11-tooth lower jaw bridge with deteriorating margins, and a question about whether the teeth underneath were still viable. He reviewed a panoramic X-ray and confidently diagnosed only 20% bone loss on the front tooth, recommended replacing the entire bridge with sectional bridges for $14,000, and — on the very first visit — asked me to prepay to reserve a booking.
My own dentist's assessment contradicted his. When I returned for a second consultation with those questions, Dr. Binon stood firmly by his analysis, invoking his 40 years of experience. The office again pushed toward prepayment.
I then consulted a periodontist, who immediately flagged that the panoramic X-ray taken at Dr. Binon's office was likely obscured by metal interference from the existing bridge. She recommended a CBCT scan. That scan showed bone loss well above 50% — not 20% — and raised serious doubts about tooth mobility and whether the front tooth could anchor a sectional bridge at all.
I messaged Dr. Binon directly with these findings. I asked three specific questions:
- How do we reconcile the 50% vs. 20% discrepancy?
- If the front tooth can't support the bridge after cutting, would we need implants, and what would that cost?
- Would he document in writing that the front tooth can support the bridge before we proceed?
His entire response was one sentence: "The CBCT scan provides more of an accurate assessment as it shows more details than the PANO xray we took a look at."
He did not answer the contingency question. He did not agree to written documentation. He did not revisit his treatment plan. He simply acknowledged — quietly — that the imaging his diagnosis was based on was inferior, and said nothing more.
This is the core problem. A CBCT scan is standard protocol for complex cases involving metal bridges and bone loss assessment. A practitioner with 40 years of experience knows this. Yet a $14,000 treatment plan was presented, and prepayment was requested — twice — before anyone suggested getting imaging that could actually see past the metal.
When the CBCT exposed the discrepancy, there was no revised plan, no transparency, no accountability. Just one deflecting sentence.
I am not questioning Dr. Binon's credentials. I am documenting what happened to me, in his own words, so that other patients facing complex decisions can weigh this before proceeding.

Dr. Binon and his staff are always professional, friendly, and polite. However, I’m giving 3 stars because, despite multiple attempts, the crown placement on my two implants—work that was originally done by another dentist—did not end up right.
After two to three adjustment attempts, I ended up biting my cheek on the lower left side, with food getting impacted between my gums, it was painful and uncomfortable. The crowns were also too large and interfered with my tongue. Dr. Binon suggested extracting my third molar, so I had it removed under general anesthesia, but it did not solve the issues.
For the third or fourth time, I was offered the option to replace the two crowns again, but with no guarantee the same problems wouldn’t happen again. After almost two years of repeated procedures, pain, suffering, and paying for each treatment, I decided to have the crowns removed and keep only temporary caps so a dental surgeon can extract both teeth. Then I will start over—bone grafting, abutment placement, and replacement of my two missing teeth.
I’m very disappointed that even at my most recent appointment I was charged for having the crowns removed and temporary posts placed so the surgeon could extract the two teeth and I could go through yet another round of painful procedures. After spending a lot of money and going tru all the pain and suffering, not to mention all the time I have taken to be off work, I’m back where I started when I first came to their office. It was a very painful and sad experience that I had to go tru all these procedures for nothing. I hope that you will
Understand where I’m coming from.
