About Periodontics & Implants
Periodontics & Implants, which presents itself online as VT Perio, the practice of Kateryna Latypova, DMD, is a periodontal and dental implant office at 160 Benmont Avenue, Suite 21, in Bennington, Vermont. The practice focuses on periodontics, periodontal services and implantology, with an emphasis on conservative treatment of gum disease, cosmetic procedures to enhance the smile, and dental implants that can replace single or multiple missing teeth. The office also diagnoses and treats oral pathology. For patients missing most or all of their teeth, the practice offers the All-on-4 treatment concept, a full-arch implant option, along with grafting procedures to support bone and gum health, sinus lifts, and extractions.
The practice describes a care philosophy built on making patient comfort a top priority, creating treatment plans customized for every patient, and educating patients so they can make informed decisions. It now offers dental hypnosis for patients who find dental visits stressful. Technology listed on the site includes a piezo surgical unit used for implant-related procedures and bone grafting, plasma rich in growth factors to aid healing after oral surgery, and 3D imaging for more complete diagnostic views. Non-surgical services include periodontal maintenance, deep cleaning (scaling and root planing), Airflow glycine powder polishing, and oral cancer screening, and the office also offers Invisalign and teeth whitening. A referral from a general dentist is not required, and the practice works closely with each patient's own dentist. The office is open Monday through Wednesday and closed Thursday and Friday.
