I want to start by saying this, the Spring Garden location was beautiful! From the waiting area to the rooms! Just breathtaking an it felt so upscale and unique!! just beautiful, the team was so nice. They checked on me after my surgery. I mean, I give them a 10 out of 10 and I referred two people to them so they can get that beautiful experience that I have! thank you guys all you guys and I really appreciate what y’all done with my mouth! No complaints at all ❤️❤️

Out of all the offices I’ve called while I was in severe pain, I am so very grateful this office took my insurance, and brought me in ASAP for a consultation, and getting my wisdom teeth extracted. From the beautiful and calming office, to the kind receptionist, to the amazing medical assistants, Dr Nyugen who checked on me, and Dr Bowser who did my procedure 💪🏻. I have very bad dental anxiety, and when I tell you this was one of the most painless and quickest procedures I have ever gotten. Thank you so much to your team for taking such great care of me💜 I am beyond grateful ✨😊

I had consult with other oral surgeon and told me I had to wait 8 weeks for an appointment for a tooth with excruciating paid. A coworker recommended Dr. Nguyen. I called them up! They got me in within 2 days for a same day surgery. I was reluctant to get wisdom teeth pulled that weren’t bothering me, but Dr. Nguyen didn’t just recommend they come out , she out a little camera back there and showed me exactly why they were going to cause issues in the future. I was placed under anesthesia, 4 extractions, and woke up pain free! 10/10 I would absolutely return to her only. Not to mention her beautiful office . Wow ! Hands down great beautiful Doctor. Her assistant and financing team are very friendly, work diligently, and quick and with no delay. I love it here !!

Dr. Nyguen is by far the most personable, thoughtful and knowledgeable Dr. I have ever met. I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out today and feel very little pain with no noticeable swelling. Her and her team were all smiles and genuinely want to help. I felt the most comfortable I have ever felt in a surgery and I have had quiet I few. I feel blessed to have come across this place and if you are thinking about coming yourself I suggest you do:)
The front desk girls were awesome as-well shoutout to them.

Dr. Cyndi Nguyen is the best oral surgeon EVER!!! My 20 yr old son was referred here by his dentist. First, after looking at the xrays, she decided to only take 2 wisdom teeth. I really appreciated that she didn't take out teeth that didn't need to come out. That's real integrity. Second, she patiently answered all our questions and allowed me to come back the day of surgery to be with my son until he was ready to go under. Third, he was out in less than a half hour and she did an amazing job!! He didn't anything other than extra strength Ibuprofen and Tylenot. And it healed so quickly- we couldn't believe it. She is the best oral surgeon and I'm defintely taking my other son here for his wisdom teeth. Thank you so much Dr. Cyndi Nguyen- I see why you've received all of these impressive awards!

Meet the Doctors
Philadelphia Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is home to two experienced oral surgeons: Dr. Cyndi Nguyen, DDS, FAGD, and Dr. Daniel Bowser, DMD. Dr. Nguyen earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 1997 and completed a five year internship and residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Temple University Hospital. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and she has placed thousands of dental implants while also offering bone grafting, wisdom tooth removal, and corrective jaw surgery. Before becoming a surgeon, she practiced as a general dentist for almost 13 years, giving her a broad perspective that benefits her patients. Dr. Bowser earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Case School of Dental Medicine in 2007, graduating at the top of his class, and completed advanced surgical training as chief resident at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and MetroHealth Hospitals. He has over a decade of experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery, with a focus on complex tooth removal, dental implants, oral disease diagnosis, and preparing the mouth for replacement teeth, and he has been safely providing intravenous sedation and general anesthesia since his residency.
