I saw Dr. Haney to have an old crown replaced. Everyone in his office is friendly and considerate. Dr. Haney is friendly and cheerful. The new crown is a perfect fit, comfortable at the first bite. I heartily recommend Dr. Haney for your dental care.

First time visit to Dr Haney through my VA Community care. Luli was incredible, she set up everything for me. Was scheduled within a week for my consultation to even coming back on the same day for my first teeth cleaning. Dr Haney took time to actually talk about things I can do through VA to fix a missing tooth. They are all very professional and friendly.

Dr Haney and his staff are wonderful people. They always make you feel welcomed and cared for. I have had a lot of work done with them and they always make sure to put the patient first.

I knew what I was in for and that was because it wasn't my first rodeo to a dentist but to the Hainey office it was my first procedure. I was made aware and prepared at the beginning, throughout and at the end, made aware of my next visit. Thoroughly impressed with the professionalism!!!

I would not recommend Dr. Phillip Haney. My 18-year-old daughter was seen for a broken front tooth while she was already feeling anxious about her dental condition. During the examination, Dr. Haney examined her mouth without wearing gloves, while the dental assistant was wearing gloves. This made her uncomfortable. While reviewing her X-rays, he referred to her as “Hey kid” and, after she responded with “uh huh,” told her that “yah and nah don’t work for me” and that she needed to answer him with “yes sir” or “no sir.” She left the appointment feeling embarrassed, uncomfortable, and disrespected. I contacted the office in hopes that these concerns would be addressed professionally. The response I received was: “I apologize I didn’t meet your daughter’s emotional needs. To avoid any future incidents please let us know where you would like her records sent.” Every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
