Doctor and nurses were so kind and patient and helped me get on a payment plan and walked me thru everything with utmost care and love . Dr Richardson was so informative and the best dentist I ever had. He was attentive to my pain and gave me what I needed and even though we had to move to another room it was swift good care to the end. They were patient to listen to my jokes too. This is were I will get all my future care . I felt like I was loved and cared for that is rare at a dentist office. The place was so comfortable and clean .

Will not be coming back! First of all when I called as a new patient they took 15 min to schedule me because they kept trying to schedule me and my 4 year old on different days or with hours between our appointments. Then I told them I wanted to sign up for their yearly plan and they said don’t worry about it because your first cleaning is free and then you can sign up after. Then when I went to check out they told me my cleaning wasn’t free and I had to pay $60 for me and $40 for my son while on their yearly plan which I was under the understanding cleanings were free under the yearly plan (my bad for not researching that more but when I used to go to the Sandy office that was how it worked). Then they proceeded to charge me full price for the cleaning even though I was signed up on the yearly plan which was $100 per person and couldn’t refund me in office for the yearly plan. On top of that their equipment kept malfunctioning, their dentist was sales-y, and their office was dumpy looking as you walk in. I will say that I really liked their dental hygienist and assistant and would give those two five stars. Too bad they work here. I will definitely not be returning. Their cleaning rates are way too high for the service and they nickel and dime you on every service. Don’t go here.

Always feel so important and well taken care of by all the staff within Platinum Dental. Recently got me taken care of and out of excruciating pain just days before my vacation. So thankful for Dr Robinson and Dr Morris who had to help out too. And always thankful for Dr Acevedo who’s always been there for me for over 6 years now!! The staff is amazing and the results are wonderful. If you’re looking for a new dental office, look no further you found the best!

Highly Recommended! I came in uncertain and fearful of another abscess tooth however upon further inspection, X-ray and 3D scan Acevedo figured out it was not my tooth but in fact was my sinus cavity and congestion. that was the cause of my pain. Needless to say I left feeling much better knowing it wasn't what I thought it was, and I'll be returning for follow up and future appointments thanks guys for being patient and kind, especially how nervous I was. It was appreciated I'm looking forward to coming back 👍🏼

Wonderful group of people helping me overcome my fear of dentist and giving me what *i asked for. They did not try to sell me a whole set of new teeth that some dentists have in the past. I found them very kind indeed.
