Excellent experience! I was in need of a new dentist and decided to try Plaza Dental. Booking online was super easy and I was able to get in within a week for a new patient exam. Janet and Sonya at the front desk were very friendly and helpful getting me set up. During my appointment, Dr. Bader was very warm, welcoming and when it came to doing a filling - he was quick and gentle through the whole process. I went back for a 2nd visit to get a deep cleaning with Stephanie the hygienist and she was very thorough and kind during the entire treatment. Overall, really good experience and glad I found a great new dental clinic! Highly recommend!

Stephanie is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever been to. She performed a laser treatment and deep cleaning for me yesterday and I could have fallen asleep in the chair. Sonia was very friendly and professional and explained the breakdown of the cost clearly and succinctly. Everyone I have encountered there has been pleasant, friendly and professional.

All staff very personable, polite and do an amazing job. They got me in same day, needed a few things done and instead of having to come back for a later appointment, they squeezed me in and got everything done all in one big, fun (yes fun) appointment . They were actually referred from another dentist! Soooooo... hello!!

Stay far away from this place. I had been going here for a year and everything was fine. Then near the end of last year they changed dentists and everything fell apart. First off, they did not tell me that there was a new dentist, nor did they tell me that they stopped accepting my insurance. I found this out on my own by looking at a claim and saw that they were out of network. When I asked them about this they admitted that they are currently out of network, but planned to be back in network the following month. Skip forward a month, I had a dental emergency on a tooth I had been complaining about for a year, but was told everything was fine and I should just stop thinking about it. Turns out I needed a root canal by an endodontist. I went back to Plaza Dentistry for the crown and paid up front (which was a hefty bill). They told me in person that they were back in network with my insurance, that the claim would be filed in-network, and that they would reimburse me after my insurance paid them. Two months pass, the claim was still not filed. After asking them for a fifth time about this, the claim was finally filed successful, but it was out of network. When I pointed this out to them, they lied to me by claiming that they always said they were out of network. Two more weeks pass, my dental insurance sends them a check for the out-of-network coverage, which they cashed. I send them multiple emails asking when I should expect my refund check for the dental insurance over-payment. No response. Three months after I paid them, I have still not received a refund check. Never pay up front at this business, as it's very possible that they will take your money and the insurance money.

Very professional and polite! Excellent customer service and care! Me and my family have been coming here for a few years now, and we are always taken care of. My mom especially, she has a lot of different issues with her teeth and Dr. E has been very helpful with her issues! 10/10 would recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
