Today was my first visit. I was struck by the beauty of the clinic and then by the warmth and kindness of the ladies who waited on me. I felt my work up was thorough and complete. I met Dr Eric Shultz and sense he was very competent. His explanations of the findings and the treatment options were understandable and reasonable. I was comfortable and happy with my visit.

After seeing my dentist of 7 years about a tooth ache, being told I have to wait 16 days to get a root canal, I only made it 9 days. I called Powell Family Dental. They got me in for a consultation the same day. First, the staff was incredible. Friendly, warm and caring. Second, I got a full work up that diagnosed that my tooth was split in half and dead. No root canal on the tooth. Third, Dr. Rock was awesome! He had the best bedside manner and explained everything so well. Fourth, they got me in the next day....NEXT DAY to get my tooth extracted. Not weeks later. I am so grateful for this practice! I highly recommend them especially if you want quality dental care!

Great experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The dentist was kind, thorough, and took the time to explain everything. The office was clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this dental office!

Everyone treated me with genuine attention, answered questions with detail and courtesy and asked after my comfort at every turn. I actually never experienced this level of care about me in a dental or even a medical office before. I am usually very nervous in such environs, but I never experienced a moment of anxiety. The exam was thorough, the plan more than met my needs and expectations. No one hurried me and I would recommend anyone to make Powell Family Dental their new family dentist.

I loved the hygienist. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would have loved just to be able to visit with her. She had great stories that brought out stories from me. The dentist was also amazing. I highly recommend this place. From the time you walk in the door you are treated like you are important. Thats how it should be.
