My 8-year-old daughter saw Dr. Bolding today for oral surgery, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. We received her pre-operative instructions and arrival time by text the day before, which made everything easy and well organized.
Her father took her to the appointment, and after the procedure, Dr. Bolding personally met with him to review the post-operative instructions and home care. We were also sent home with detailed care materials, which we really appreciated.
As a parent, I was incredibly nervous about my daughter being placed under anesthesia and having surgery. However, Dr. Bolding and the entire team at PreciDent exceeded my expectations. They made our family feel informed, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the entire process. My daughter took a short nap after we got home, but she’s had virtually no pain, very minimal swelling, and has been back to acting like her normal, happy self.
Thank you, Dr. Bolding and the entire PreciDent team, for providing such outstanding care. We are truly grateful for your kindness, professionalism, and expertise!

I had a very unpleasant/unprofessional experience with Scottie Bolding. He comes off very rude and very racist. As a first time patient he was very pushy while recommending unneeded procedures, combined with an unprofessional response to my treatment questions. He’s all about a quick dollar and not the safety and well being of his patients. Also my referral was for Dr. Chong, which I would have preferred to see. I met him a year prior when he was practicing at his independent local office. The secretary scheduled me with Dr. Bolding stating, which was the wrong dentist. She stated sometimes they pick up each other clients. I will not recommend Dr. Bolding due to lack of unprofessionalism and toxic behavior.

I only have great things to say about the staff and Dr Chuong. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Dr Chuong, puts his patients at ease, and yet still communicates everything that is going on. I felt like a part of the procedure, not the recipient.
I will recommend PreciDent without hesitation.

The ai generated reviews are out of hand. I’m a real person with a real experience, I would never recommend this place to any of my loved ones not even my worst enemy. Dr Chong is the most unprofessional rude dental surgeon I’ve ever met. Dr Chong just walked in and asked me what I wanted, as if he was annoyed at me already. Told him I had been referred for impacted wisdom teeth. I also know my teeth are in poor condition. I traveled an hour away to come here for Dr Chong to continually circle back to the medications I’m prescribed by my doctor. He was more curious as to why I wouldn’t just get back surgery, because he’s had surgery and he knows a thing or two about back pain. Dude I’m poor and on medicaid. Didn’t come to an oral surgeon to talk about why I don’t have back surgery.. I just wanted some help for my impacted wisdom teeth, not to talk about my back pain. I’m going to report them to Medicaid because when I made my appointment they said that I would need to provide a panorama xray ot I would be charged out of pocket not to insurance. I provided them with a panorama to their email. I confirmed they received it.& they chose to take another panorama for their own file? Don’t send your family or loved ones here. They don’t care about you unless you have the right type of insurance.
