My experience with Dr. Xu and his staff has been extraordinary. Dr. Xu is an excellent dentist and I have been to many. He鈥檚 very thorough and clearly explains his procedures in advance. Everyone in the office is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I鈥檝e learned more about dentistry from these hygienists than any in my past experience. They know their stuff! I recommend them highly.馃槉

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Xu and the entire team at Precision Dentistry in Olympia. Dr. Xu was honest, straightforward, and thorough when explaining my treatment options. I especially appreciated that he took the time to discuss different ways to approach my dental work, including breaking treatments into stages so I could make the most of my dental insurance benefits. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being treated with genuine care and respect rather than simply being another patient. I highly recommend Dr. Xu and the team at Precision Dentistry to anyone looking for quality dental care, honest advice, and a staff that truly cares about their patients. I鈥檓 very glad I chose them!

Dr. Xu is an exceptional dentist. I moved to Olympia a few months ago and needed an emergency extraction. He performed the procedure completely painlessly, which immediately gave me confidence in his skill and professionalism. Afterward, he created a comprehensive treatment plan, and I've since returned three more times for fillings. Every visit has been an outstanding experience. I especially appreciated that he used two different filling materials鈥攁 medicated base that continues to help protect and heal the tooth, followed by a durable outer composite filling. Taking the extra time to do what's best for the long-term health of the tooth really impressed me. One thing that sets Dr. Xu apart is his commitment to continuous learning. He participates in a professional study group with other dentists where they regularly review cases, discuss techniques, and look for ways to improve. Even though he's the best dentist I've ever had, he's always striving to become even better, and that dedication shows in the quality of his work. The entire team is fantastic. Mandy and Sarah are calm, professional, and personable, and they always put me at ease. Matt at the front desk is equally outstanding鈥攆riendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Thank you, Dr. Xu and the entire team, for providing such exceptional care. I couldn't recommend your practice more highly.

Making appointment was smooth and wait times were short. Location was very convenient and well identified. Greating was warm and friendly. Waiting time was short and comfortable. Dr and staff were gentle and caring. I found prices to be competitive and fair. Thank you Team PDO

Very Friendly and helpful staff. I get very nervous on finding a new dentist due to the procedures I've had in the past. A huge Thank you to Danielle for recommending Dr. Xu, her knowledge of dental insurance and friendliness and was able to set up the following appointments. You're Amazing. For Sarah for all the explanations and kindness on how things go. I highly recommend Precision Dentistry . It's a very welcoming dental office . Thank you for a Wonderful experience, I wish I new about them when I first moved to Olympia.
