I highly recommend Dr. Verrillo to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and caring dentist in the Savannah area. He is one of the most informative and straightforward dentists I’ve ever met. He doesn’t simply tell you what you want to hear—he takes the time to explain your options and recommends the best treatment plan to truly enhance your smile. The entire staff was phenomenal! From the warm, welcoming front desk receptionist to the friendly and professional dental assistant, everyone made me feel comfortable and valued throughout my visit. I genuinely enjoyed meeting everyone in the office and left feeling confident that I was receiving excellent care. If you’re looking for a dentist who is skilled, honest, and truly has your best interests at heart, Dr. Verrillo and his team are an outstanding choice!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. This office is an office full of angels! Everyone is so professional and kind. They are really thorough. They were able to get my implant crown covered on my insurance after I was told it wasn’t covered at all by my previous dentist. They saved me $2,400 by being thorough with checking my coverage. Every appointment I have felt like they have been so attentive and treated me like they actually care about me and my dental health and I’m not just another number! Dr. William has always being so informative about what I need and what he is doing. Wonderful staff and a very clean office!

From the moment I walked in to Premier Implants& Denture, I had an amazing experience! It started on the phone with Kaitlin setting the appt. My first visit was warm, welcoming, and professional, making check-in quick and easy. KAITLIN and the entire staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The dental team took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent care with kindness and compassion. From the front desk to check-out, everyone made the experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding dental care. From start to finish, my experience with Premier Implants & Dentures was a positive one. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. From past trauma I have put off getting work done that was very necessary. I saw a post on FB about this practice and I liked what I saw so I gave them a try. My first visit Dr. Verillo assessed my needs and listened to my concerns. He did not try to push any expensive or unnecessary procedure. My second visit was the test for me. I had to have three teeth pulled with the hope of saving the bones. He numbed the area so well I did not feel any pain. He was gentle when pulling the teeth not rushing the process to just get it done. Dr. Verillo and Melody kept making sure I was ok. All of my fear and anxiety disappeared. Even though the outcome was not exactly what we wanted, he is willing to do what he can to make my smile as natural as it should look. Thank you to Dr. Verillo and all of his staff for making this a good experience.
