I had a great experience. My dentist referred me here and even called them to make the appt for me. They got me in the VERY next day. Everyone from the front desk, the assistant and the Dr were very professional. Everything was explained to me and they made sure I understood what was happening and what the end result was that we were working towards. After my procedure, my home care was explained and they made sure I knew exactly what to do. I'll definitely refer people here and if I ever need this type of care again, I won't hesitate to contact them.

I had to get a root canal because I had a tooth that was so sensitive, and it was only getting worse. They were able to get me in so quickly and found a time that worked with my schedule. I was really nervous going into the appointment because I knew nothing about root canals besides what I read online (terrifying, don't do that). They got me in a chair, explained the process, did some scans of the tooth, and did some sensitivity tests to gauge what needed to be done. I did NOT do well with the air test, and the Dr basically said he needed to get the area as numb as possible so I don't feel anything during the procedure. He delivered. They injected the medicine between 915-930, and I didn't feel anything during the procedure or for the next 2ish hours, which was an impressive feat since I'm a redhead and notorious for burning through anesthesia faster than the average person. They were clear with aftercare instructions, and they explained the billing process for me so I knew to expect that my insurance possibly wouldn't cover the whole quoted estimate. I had no complaints; I just wish I had brought earbuds because I have a hard time with the sounds of the drilling tool. Overall, I would highly recommend this office!

I had a root canal done at Prescott Valley Endodontic Associates recently. I was very nervous because when it comes to dental work, I'm a huge baby. Dr. Oblad and his assistant Daisy were absolutely wonderful. I felt no pain whatsoever throughout the procedure and it was done in 45 minutes. They are extremely professional and thorough. The front office staff was very kind and efficient. I highly recommend them!

I was sent to Dr. Brad by my dentist needing a triple root canal on a tooth that has had a crown for over thirty years. Over the years decay had taken its toll. From the moment I walked into the office until I left, it was not short of pleasurable considering having the work done. The staff welcomed me in as if I was an old friend, and not just another patient for dental work. When I was taken to the chair for my procedure, I was apprehensive to say the least. The doctor came in, talked to me about non dental issues, and just put my mind at ease. The gum was prepped for the shot, which honestly did not hurt at all. After the shot and some back and forth conversation, the inside of my mouth was ready for the process. When the work began there was very little sensation, other than normal feeling of the drilling on the tooth, and than was nothing to write home about. When the doctor started extracting the roots, I honestly fell into a light sleep, and was totally relaxed. After the root removal and refilling the crown was complete, I felt just like I did when I walked into the office, aside from being a little numb. I was reassured that everything was fine, and that the information would be sent to my regular dentist. The next day I received a call from the doctor checking on my condition to make sure I was feeling well. Its been a week now, and I feel like I never had any work done. This was my best experience ever with dental work, and Dr. Brad is phenomenal. On a score of 1 - 10, I give the a 12.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Smith and his assistant helped me feel at ease and explained the procedure as it happened. They were kind and caring and very experienced. The front office staff were also very kind and helpful with the scheduling and payment details. Highly recommend.

About Prescott Valley Endodontic Associates, PLLC

Prescott Endodontic Associates, P.C. is a dental practice dedicated exclusively to endodontic care, serving patients from two offices in Arizona's Quad Cities area: one on Oaklawn Drive in Prescott and this office at 8053 E Florentine Road in Prescott Valley. The practice's doctors are specialist members of the American Association of Endodontists, and most patients arrive by referral from their general dentist. The team focuses on saving natural teeth, and its procedures include root canal therapy, endodontic retreatment, apicoectomy (surgery at the tip of the tooth root), and treatment of cracked teeth and traumatic dental injuries.

For patients weighing their options, the practice notes that root canal therapy can save a natural tooth and help patients avoid more extensive restorative work down the road. Treatment is usually completed in one visit using local anesthesia, and after care is complete, records are sent to the patient's restorative dentist for follow-up. The office is committed to treating same-day emergencies, and its patient information pages cover scheduling, payment options including CareCredit and the Cherry payment plan, registration forms, and after-visit instructions.
