The entire staff is genuinely friendly, professional, and compassionate. They truly listened, answered all my questions without rushing, and made me feel completely cared for.
What impressed me most was how efficient and timely everything was — I was seen right on time and never felt like just another number.
The level of care and attention to detail was outstanding. Whether you’re nervous about dental visits or just looking for a great practice, this team will put you at ease and take excellent care of you.

Such an amazing and beautiful office! The entire staff was so kind and attentive. Brandy was so gentle in removing my clear brackets. I left very happy. Will definitely be my new dentist!!

I’ve been wanting to compliment Priest River Dental for a long time and have just kept putting it off. I have never experienced such excellent and gentle dentistry so personal, so patient focused. I appreciate Dr McKinney and everyone on his staff from the front desk to the technicians. The fact that little old Priest River has a dental office of this quality, using cutting edge technology is just incredible.

I cannot say enough great things about Priest River Dental! From the moment you walk in, the entire staff makes you feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Everyone is so friendly, professional, and compassionate, which makes such a difference — especially if going to the dentist makes you nervous.
Dr. McKinney and the team take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you are comfortable throughout every procedure. The office is modern, efficient, and always spotless, and you can tell they truly care about their patients and the quality of their work.
What really stands out is how kind and accommodating everyone is. They go above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines excellent care with such a personal touch.

Highly recommend! I was a little nervous for my first appointment as I haven’t been to the dentist in a hot minute, but these guys made it the best experience one could ever ask for! I felt comfortable almost immediately and if I wasn’t then they had everything and anything you could think of to fix it. The technician and Dr. were compassionate, thorough, efficient, kind, and above all else you could tell that they care immensely both about their patients and their work. I definitely felt like I was in the best hands and at an affordable price, as well. The front desk staff was also very helpful in the billing process and with insurance. I am overall incredibly satisfied and would recommend to anyone out there! -Heidi
