If it were possible I would give the personal here 10 stars. They are the friendliest, most professional group of people you will meet. Billy is a miracle worker!! I went in with an old set of dentures and not been able to eat hardly anything and they didn't fit well since I first got them (didn't get them here). Billy built me a new set and they have been amazing they fit very well and I am able to eat things I haven't been able to in years. I can't say enough good things about these people. Highly recommend!!!! Billy is a rock star!! Thank y'all so much you have changed my life!!

Texas Sedation Dental & Implant Center, Shreveport, at 4354 Pines Road, is the new name for the Dudley family's Professional Denture Clinic, which has cared for Shreveport patients from this Pines Road office since 1979. After partnering with Texas Sedation Dental & Implant Center, the practice operates under one name with the same office and the same phone number. Care at this location includes full-mouth dental implants, All-on-4 dental implants (a full arch of fixed teeth supported by four to six implants), single and multiple tooth implants, implant-supported dentures, and the practice's full-arch treatment called The Ultimate Smile in 24 Hours, where failing teeth are removed and implants are placed on surgery day and a fixed temporary smile is delivered the following day.
The office also continues to provide traditional dentures and partials, denture relines and repairs, lower snap-on dentures, bridges and crowns, veneers, cosmetic dentistry, and emergency dentistry. Intravenous (IV) sedation is administered by a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for patients who are anxious about treatment. New implant patients can begin with a complimentary Ultimate Smile Assessment that includes a three-dimensional cone beam scan, a review of goals, and a written treatment plan with pricing, and the practice works with financing partners such as CareCredit, LendingClub, Alphaeon Credit, Sunbit, and Cherry. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and serves Shreveport, Bossier City, Haughton, Benton, Minden, Stonewall, Greenwood, and the wider ArkLaTex region.
The Shreveport care team includes Dr. Travis Kendall, D.D.S., and Dr. Judson Murray, D.D.S., who perform full-arch Ultimate Smile implant cases at the Pines Road office. Dr. Timothy J. Gengel, D.M.D., treats denture patients and helps plan implant-supported dentures, and Dr. Neil Patel, D.M.D., provides general and restorative dentistry. Billy Dudley, CDT, a second-generation Certified Denture Technician and Marine Corps veteran, continues to craft dentures at this location.
