As always, my visit to Progressive Implantology was as pleasant as they can make an unpleasant situation. Greeted warmly by the front desk, escorted to an examing room by assistants speaking of everyday things in a calming manner and of course my favorite Dr Ambrosio carefully reviewing what "we" were going to do today. So professional, so competent so reassuring. I can't imagine chosing a better professional or practice.

Dr Ambrosio was very informative and knowledgeable. He took his time and made sure we understood our options and the procedure. His staff was friendly and professional.

Dr did not push an implant on me. Told me my options and said I had 3 months to decide. Everyone so nice

Well, after going through an extensive-quite expensive procedure, x-rays showed a fracture on my new crown. No fault of your’s I’m presuming. Nonetheless I’m pretty disappointed. Everyone from the front desk to my doctor were great at making my visits as comfortable as possible!

About Progressive Implantology & Periodontics
Progressive Implantology & Periodontics is a periodontal and dental implant practice with six offices in the Rochester and Finger Lakes area of New York, including this location on Canal Landing Boulevard in Greece. The team of periodontists and oral surgeons focuses first on keeping the foundation of your smile healthy, treating gum disease with the LANAP laser protocol, which the practice has offered since 2005, and using the related LAPIP laser treatment to help save failing dental implants. When a tooth cannot be saved, the practice places dental implants for anyone from a patient missing a single tooth to a patient who needs a full set of new teeth.
For patients with extensive tooth loss or uncomfortable dentures, the practice offers Confident Smile, its own trademarked full mouth dental implant solution built on a fully digital planning process, with temporary teeth followed by final zirconia restorations made by lab technicians in the practice's on-site dental lab. Supporting oral surgery services include extractions, wisdom teeth removal, sinus lifts, bone grafting, tissue grafting, gum recession treatment, crown lengthening, and periodontal emergencies. The Greece office offers complimentary, no-obligation consultations, accepts walk-ins and emergency cases, and lists office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am to 4pm, with third-party financing and insurance options available.
