Who is paying you ppl with all these 5-star reviews? Because my experience has been the complete opposite.
More importantly, what are the training standards for the front desk staff? Every time there’s a new employee, they seem to have the same rude, dismissive attitude as the last.
I called today to reschedule my kids’ 6-month cleanings and was told the next available appointments aren’t until January 2027. I said that was fine and that I could schedule. I was then placed on hold for over five minutes. I hung up, called back, and the next person who answered had the same attitude.
With the number of reviews mentioning the front desk staff, it’s surprising that nothing seems to have changed. Customer service matters! I DO NOT recommend this place!!!!

It’s always been difficult for me to go to the dentist because I have sensitive teeth. In the past, other dentist offices have made me feel bad for avoiding dental work for as long as possible. Rodrick explained to me why my teeth and gums are so tender and then taught me how to fix the problem. Also, Dr. Max is just a cool guy.

I’m very happy with the treatment there and everyone is very friendly and helpful. I referred my son to get his dental work done there too and he said he was happy with the treatment. Thank u 😊

I have to say this was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist appointment. Staff not only professional, but also very accommodating and reassuring. Just seemed like a great group of people. Hard to find this these days.

Very friendly staff and also very helpful. Today I had my teeth cleaned and X-rays taken. Professional and down to earth people. All the women are nice, good personalities and Max is the best. See you in June Red Rock!
