I had very High hopes in getting dentures from here. All of the reviews seem to be very good. I believe I got mine a few months ago and I am just simply not happy with them. I showed them a picture of a client that they previously had which I think she is on the brochure and I wanted my teeth to look like hers. I don’t think they look anything like hers and the front tooth is crooked. I love the color of them, but other than that, I am just simply not happy. It’s honestly my fault for not going back and saying anything, but it feels very intimidating to tell someone that you don’t like something they’ve done. When I did my first try in he had to completely redo them because the teeth were not aligned at all. It is also really hard to tell when you try them in again if you are going to like them or not because it’s wax. The staff is exceptional and even the guy that made my teeth was so extremely sweet. I Think that’s one reason I was scared to say anything because they were all so very sweet. The ones that I had previously I had for 10 years and they just fit my mouth perfectly. My new ones I have I feel like I can’t even talk right I sound extremely weird when I talk. I guess I feel like when you pay almost $3000 that they should tell you if they look good or not. I just feel like mine do not look good at all. I never wear them except for occasion And that was the whole reason I got them was to have my old pair as a backup. I also wanted to be able to see my top teeth and not the bottom teeth and it is the complete opposite. You can see the bottom but not really the top so I feel like when I talk it looks like I have no teeth on the top and the teeth also flare out. I don’t feel like they are straight down.

4 bc 4.5 isnt an option. While nobody's perfect, these people are very close. After a horrible, appearance altering set of dentures, 4 years of avoiding mirrors & subsequent tears, I'm all smiles. No more tiny teeth sunken face looking 10 years older than my age. The only tears I've shed were tears of joy when I recognized myself again! These people listen & care. Enough to hear your concerns & ask the right questions. Great people. Great service. Great smile.

Regrettably, I cannot recommend this place. I drove over 100 miles round trip, no less than 6 times for a total of 9 appointments; and received basically an unwearable denture. Over half of the appointments were just 15 to 20 minutes long, requiring me to repeatedly return another day. The staff took about 10 impressions all together. The wax try-ins felt wrong, way too big, consequently the lab technician tweaked it multiple times. Finally when I told them the try-in felt ok, the tech felt it needed further modifications, and the new changes would throw the fit off again. He stated my mouth structure was different than most people. The lab tech was dismissive when I expressed my concerns on its size. It felt too large, too tall, and in the end, the finished product required a soft reliner. A brand new denture should not require a soft liner to fill gaps! I cannot eat with it, and even my family thought it looked awful in my mouth. After 3 decades of wearing dentures, I never had a practice where there was so much difficulty to make my denture, or where my denture did not reasonably fit, and certainly not a place where I had to repeatedly return so many times before getting the finished product. On the positive side, the women working there are nice, patient, focused, and accommodating. I do believe this place would try to continue to work with it if that's even possible, but it is no longer worth the mileage on my car or repeating the same process again; when I can go elsewhere and get a new denture in just a couple of visits elsewhere.

I always set up my appointments with Dr. Heath Coleman. He is polite and has patience and ability to endure difficult circumstance such as adjusting tooth to make sure patient is satisfied with result. Dr. Coleman explains what procedure is best for the patient. Today he removed my 13 mm implant length without any difficulties. I appreciate his smiles and willing to spend necessary time for his patient.
