I went in for a wisdom tooth removal. As someone who is anxious about big procedure I was very thankful for the staff and their care. From the front desk to Dr. Templeton himself, they made me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. The procedure went well and was about the time frame they advised me it would be. I'm on day 2 of the healing process and other then the expected pain form having a tooth surgically removed I haven't experienced any difficulties. My lips and other areas are not soar from the procedure at all. As well as the IV process that was painless and as someone who bruises easily it has hardly even left a mark at the site where the needle was. I would give them 10 stars if I could. 馃檹馃徏

It's rare to find a great dentist/doctor who also has an amazing staff, but this office DOES!! I came here on a second-ish (actually 4th) opinion, not really feeling comfortable with the communication and overall impression I received at previous offices/consults. I set up my surgery date shortly after my consult. Surgery was completed almost a week ago. Everything was easy peasy. I plan to be back in 6-12 months (after fully healed) to discuss additional options. Thank you for making an experience that no one "wants" a pretty good one!!

Dr. Ken Templeton and his staff are amazing! Came to have a my wisdom tooth removed. They have been extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend him and his staff!

Excellent team! DR. Templeton and his staff were wonderful with my son who is autistic. They explained e very step and really helped calm his high anxiety. He had to be sedated for his embedded wisdom teeth extractions. A very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend to anyone needing dental surgery!!!

Every time I've had to go, Dr. Templeton and his team take such good care of me. They are lovely people and care about you're needs 100% reccomend for extractions &, anesthesia.

Meet the Doctors
The practice is led by Dr. C. Ken Templeton, an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and native Oklahoman. He graduated with honors from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1988, earned his dental degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 1992, and completed a four-year surgical residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City. After serving in the United States Navy Dental Corps, he practiced in Yukon, Tulsa, and Broken Arrow before moving Revitalize Dental Implants back to the Oklahoma City area in 2016. The website states he has been providing oral surgery and dental implants to Oklahoma patients since 1998 and has performed CT guided implant procedures since 2009. According to the site, he holds licenses with the Oklahoma State Dental Board and Oklahoma State Specialty Board, is affiliated with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and is a member of the Oklahoma Dental Association and the Oklahoma Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
