Dr. Boustany stands out not only for his expertise but also for his warm and personable demeanor, which made me feel instantly at ease. I cannot say enough good things about this dental office! As someone with severe dental anxiety, going to the dentist has always been extremely stressful for me. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was kind, patient, and understanding. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit.
The dental team was incredibly gentle and compassionate, which made a huge difference in helping ease my anxiety. Not only did they help me overcome my fear of dental work, but they also gave me a smile I never thought I could have. I now have gorgeous teeth and a smile that I am truly proud of, and I can’t thank them enough for their incredible work, patience, and care. The results exceeded my expectations, and my confidence has completely changed because of it.
The office is welcoming, professional, and truly focused on patient comfort. If you struggle with dental anxiety or need dental work done, I highly recommend this practice. They turned what is usually a nerve-wracking experience into a positive one, and I am so grateful for the exceptional care I received.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Chad Boustany and the entire team at Revive Dental & Implant Center. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.
My dental implants turned out incredible—they look and feel completely natural. Dr. Boustany’s expertise and attention to detail truly show in his work.
The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care

Had a bad tooth in the back! They seen me that very day, only had to wait 3 minutes. The paper work took longer to fill out, then the actual extraction and wait time!
He numbed it, was very calm and patient. The nurses were very very very kind. My husband and I will be traveling back there for future appointments. Thank you guys for.seeing me so quick when everyone else literally wanted to schedule weeks/months in advance. You guys are amazing and cant be anymore grateful. Cheap prices, friendly workers, and an excellent in customer performance!

Thank you is just not enough to say to Dr Boustany for the beautiful smile I have now. I had researched for months for the best place to go found it with Dr Boustany and his staff. From the very first moment I walked into the office everyone was so nice. Dr Boustany listened to my concerns and told me the best course of action. I was relieved that someone actually listened and was truly interested in helping me. My teeth were not in good shape even though I had been to dentist every 6 months all my life. They were falling out , bone loss and just ugly. I got the all on four implants . From my teeth removal until the final set of zirconia implants . Everyone was so nice and wanted to make sure I was happy. I am able to smile again and not be ashamed of how I look. They gave me a beautiful new smile. Like I said thank you just doesn’t seem enough to say for the excellent work Dr Boustany and staff did for me. Just grateful beyond words for my new smile.

Meet the Doctors
The practice is led by Chad M. Boustany, D.D.S., M.S., a prosthodontist who completed a three-year Prosthodontic residency and a Master's of Science in Prosthodontics at West Virginia University after earning his dental degree there in 2008. Dr. Boustany specializes in the surgical and restorative replacement of missing teeth and other oral structures, and he provides care ranging from single tooth implants to full mouth reconstructions, dentures, and cosmetic dentistry. He founded Revive Dental and Implant Center in 2020 after practicing in Denver, Colorado, and he works alongside a team of dental assistants, hygienists, lab technicians, and treatment coordinators to support patient care.
