From scheduling to surgery and every step of aftercare, the entire team was absolutely tooth-rific. They took exceptional care of my daughter and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and comfortable.
Dr. Ryan Swigert immediately put my daughter at ease from the moment he walked into the room. His calm, caring demeanor and genuine concern made all the difference. What impressed us even more was that he personally called later that evening to check on her recovery—a level of care that is rare to find these days.
The staff was kind, professional, and always available to answer questions. It’s clear that patient care isn’t just part of their job—it’s their priority.
Five stars isn’t enough. River Rock Oral Surgery went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be more grateful. They truly know how to take the bite out of a stressful situation!

Amazing doctor & staff. Got both of my bottom wisdome teeth removed. IV process. I was in at 915 out by 1040 with no complaints or complications. They make you very comfortable even when you've never had teeth procedures done before except for deep cleanings. I'll tell ya my anxiety was sky high but they were GREAT ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They also call & check up on you multiple times. I never had a doctor nor staff do that before.

Everyone in the office was very kind and helpful. They made my daughter feel reassured even though she was scared. The staff, including the Doctor reached out to check on how she was doing. Very happy with their care and service.

Dr. Swigert is beyond amazing attentive and provides excellent patient care and service! Myself and my son have had our wisdom teeth extracted that was flawlessly executed and the post op after care and check ins were the cherry on top! I wish the world had more physicians with Dr. Swigerts care! Amazing!!

I was the guy who Dr Swigert put up for 2 week in a motel so i could heal from the maxiofacial surgery i had back when i was homeless, i had a titanium plate put in and he did an amazing job even though some time later the plate snapped amazing the strength of the human body like roots traveling through stone my face muscles putting pressure and tension until 1 day literally eating a cold pop tart snapped the titanium plate and good sir Dr Ryan C. Swigert was seemingly distraught over it believing he didn't do a good job to which i said no sir you did an amazing job great surgeon top notch its snapping had nothing to do with his skills its actually fairly common when not customized personally as i was informed by Banner Health. Hes a good hearted man who does excellent dental work and a great maxiofacial surgeon. It took insurance 2 years to fix and replace the broken plate . But i just wanted to express my heartfelt love for River Rock Oral Surgery Dr. Swigert genuinely cares for his patients and the way he and his staff treated me and made me feel ill never forget the kindness and compassion let alone putting me up in a hotel so i wouldn't have to be on the streets as i healed was just above and beyond, i never met a surgeon who cared that much about my health and safety and i wish nothing but prosperity for him and his staff God bless River Rock Oral Surgery
