I've been going to this dental practice for 30 years. A few years ago Dr Zonies retired and I was nervous to start with a new dentist. But I have been very happy with Dr Rizvi who took over the practice. She is excellent and very informative. I trust her exam skills, her recommendations and her dental work. I highly recommend her. And I'm very happy with the dental hygienist, Alicia. She does a wonderful job of cleaning and polishing all while being very attentive and accommodating to my comfort. I love that renewed smile and fresh teeth feel.

I have a lot of trauma and anxiety when it comes to dental appointments because of past experiences with dentists in Florida who severely messed up my teeth. I grew up in New Jersey, where I always had wonderful experiences with doctors and dentists, so moving to Florida was a huge shock. After multiple bad experiences, I honestly felt like giving up on trying to fix my teeth, between dentures and removing random teeth by those horrible doctors and now infections.
I decided to give it one last chance and return back to Jersey and I'm so grateful that I found Dr. Rizvi.
She took the time to listen to my concerns, treated me with genuine compassion, and created an amazing treatment plan based on what I actually need—not on selling me unnecessary procedures. She thoroughly explained everything and showed me that the three dentists I had seen previously in Florida were completely wrong about my treatment recommendations. It became clear that they were focused on selling expensive procedures instead of providing the right care and the best results.
For the first time in a long time, I felt heard, respected, and cared for instead of feeling like just another paycheck. Dr. Rizvi restored my confidence in dental care and gave me hope that my smile can finally be repaired the right way.
If you're someone who has dental anxiety or has lost trust because of bad experiences, I can't recommend Dr. Rizvi enough. I finally feel like I'm in good hands, and that feeling is priceless.

I do not usually do reviews.. but I have to say Dr. Rizvi and her staff were super fantastic and deserve this review . Everyone was so interested in what i was experiencing. Dr. Rizvi and her assistant took time to make sense of a situation that no one else could. Dr. Rizvi was extremely gentle and professional. I am a physician, and I have a hard time being a patient, but with Dr. Rizvi I was able to sit back and let her take care of me because of how thorough she was being with my teeth and my story . She has a lot of work to do in my mouth but I trust her completely. Thank you to this doctor and staff.

This will save you a lot of time. Consider my 20+ years of dental procedures like test driving a dozen cars until you find the right one. I’ve had a few different dentists and intensive work like bridges and implants with a few different oral surgeons. I’ve gone off recommendations and price and over two decades later can finally say I found the right practice. They’re not the cheapest but neither is correcting mediocre work from previous dentists and surgeons. They also offer a plan to help reduce your out of pocket costs if you don’t have dental insurance. The office is modern & pristine. The staff are quick to respond and help you AND they all seem to like being there, so pleasant! Dr Rizvi corrected a very old implant I thought I would need to replace! Saved me thousands of $$. I tried to keep this short but there’s so many positives and most importantly I’m relieved to say my family now has a “family dentist”.

The best dentist experience of my life!!!! Celeste and Dr. Rizvi went above and beyond for my first visit. I felt like never leaving and felt so at home. I am so happy I found them and will forever be a patient here. Celeste was such a delight and was so helpful. You can tell she loves doing what she does. The check out process is so informative! Patricia was so kind and personable. She explained everything with me with such grace and compassion. I am so looking forward for my next visit and that is saying something for a dental experience. 🩷

Meet the Doctors
The clinical team at Rizvi Dental is led by Dr. Tahira Rizvi, DMD, who owns the practice and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2017. Her work includes restorative treatment, implant therapy, clear aligner therapy, veneers, custom porcelain tooth matching, and smile makeovers. The website describes her as Kois Curriculum trained, a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics, and a member of the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, South Jersey Dental Society, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and Academy of General Dentistry. She practices alongside Dr. Marco Holgado, DDS, who earned his undergraduate degree at Rutgers, his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Georgetown Dental School, and completed his residency at West Jersey Hospital in Camden.
