Just had my first cleaning at their office. It was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Knapp and all his staff were very professional and friendly. The worked together to create a comfortable and effecient experience. Dr. Knapp took the time to explain his suggested next steps for my treatment and answered all my questions. I felt like he cared about my thoughts and concerns. I would highly recommend them.

It is the most amazing dental clinic in Moses Lake by far. All team members always focused on customer (guest) satisfaction. Doctors are amazing and with lots of experience. I recently moved to Moses Lake, and to have such a perfect dental service nearby makes it even better. I totally recommended all their services, I had all my cavities done and also some crowns, and they look just perfect. I am not afraid to smile anymore. 2 thumbs up for Dr Rory Knapp! 馃憤馃コ馃檹馃尃

Extremely pleasant experience all around. Thoughtful and careful staff. Biggest and brightest of my concern was pain. There was none. Billing and follow up have been stellar. And Dr.knapp saved my front teeth, I swore we're gong bye bye!!!!

I have been treated with the utmost professionalism. The work he has done is almost painless. I now like going to see Dr Knapp. He even has texted me personally to make sure everything he worked on was doing good. Just want to say it is a pleasure having them as my dentist and team.
