Dental cleaning was new experience. Marlene was great. She explained alot of new ways of keeping my teeth clean and bacteria (almost) free. Loved the way she told me a story of how she cleans her teeth and suggested on how it would work for me. 馃コ

I鈥檓 so happy that I found this practice for my dental care. Dr. Braun and her staff were very thorough in their exam, and her explanation of their findings was consistent with my dental history. The staff and the office were very calming and pleasant. This practice also coordinates sleep studies and creates dental appliances for sleep apnea patients. Patients who can鈥檛 tolerate cpap should consider this option.

I have never in all my 77 years been to a dentist who did such an exhaustive and thorough evaluation. She took time to learn my needs, and explained her treatment in understandable language. She gained my trust immediately. Her staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend Roseburg Family Den tal care.

Absolutely impressed! I relocated to the area several months ago, and took some time to read reviews before moving forward. The new patient process was straightforward and easy to navigate. Though scheduling out a reasonable amount of time, I requested to be put on a cancellation list and was able to be seen much sooner! The office was warm and welcoming, the Team was kind and friendly. I received the most thoughtful and thorough exam and advisement I have received in many years. So very appreciative of the Team and the care they give!

The staff is very friendly. To my surprise, I never have to wait long before I鈥檓 call in for my appointments. Unfortunately, that doesn鈥檛 seem to be the norm in many medical offices these days. It seems common to be asked to show up early but when things are running behind no one ever texts you to say they are 20 to 30 minutes behind schedule so there is no need to rush in at exactly your scheduled appointment time so you can just sit while looking through a collection of old magazines. This place seems to stay on schedule which is a welcome relief. My questions are always answered with clear explanations. I like my experiences here.
