I had the opportunity to visit Dr. Sagawa and staff to have my crown reattached while visiting Olympia. I am terrified of dental work, but I have built a good relationship with my dentist of 20 years at home. To say I was very nervous to see a dentist that I did not know is an understatement, but I felt very comfortable with Dr. Sagawa's care, and the office has a very positive comfortable vibe. I would not hesitate to return if needed.

if you don鈥檛 have a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Sagawa and his team. Everybody is upbeat, full of joy ready to serve. I am so thankful that I finally found a dentist that when I hear his name, I don鈥檛 have a freak out look. He is amazing. Don鈥檛 ever think you will go there and he will tell you what you wanna hear, but he will always be honest and have your best interest at hand!!!

I always have a positive experience at Dr. Sagawa's office! My regular hygenist was out of the office this visit, and the hygenist who was there helping out was fantastic. I particularly enjoyed that she explained what she was doing and what she was seeing on my teeth as she did it. I found it very informative and even enjoyable! Thank you!

Been going here for years, since Dr. Bailey was there. Dr. Sagawa and the hygienists here continue to provide excellent, communicative and caring services. I trust them and wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to their clinic.

Tl;dr: Don't go here if you have dental PTSD. Dr Sagawa is NOT Dr Bailey. Dr Bailey was the hands down absolute best, period. Since she retired in 2021 this office has gone downhill, so far downhill. This is NOT a gentle dentistry office since Dr. Rose Bailey left. Their hygienists are ROUGH, they are no longer safe for people with Dental PTSD. Not gentle, no longer doing sedation. They don't listen and just try and ram you forward. I started at this office in 2013 and from then until Dr Bailey retired my dental PTSD was getting easier to handle. It is worse now then when I started going in 2013. I am so sad to write this review because we stan Dr Rose Bailey and we hoped that her successor would be as good, he is not. K was super aggravated by the condescending way they spoke to me because diazepam doesn't work for me, and their answer was diazepam does work and they'll give me MORE. I just told you this drug makes me anxious and you suggest more of it? Yeah, sad to say this place sucks now. They are so expensive!! Dr Bailey was worth the extra $$ but Dr Sagawa is definitely NOT. My Dr suggested Tranquility dental on Friday and I have an appointment with them tomorrow (Tuesday). 馃馃徑馃馃徑
